Waited about 30 minutes to get to the speaker and just prior noticed that my app wasnât going through. So I said I needed a second because my app wasnât working. About 30 seconds later the app worked and she said they probably wouldnât get the order for a few minutes, but then upon checking said she had it. Wait another approximately 10 minutes to get to the window and the girl at the window, who seemed to be the same as the one on the speaker, opened the window and said âjust so you know if we didnât see your order weâd have to pull you around!â I asked if she had my order and she said âyes, Iâm just telling you!! You canât order when youâre in line!â So I said, âOkay, I do it every time Iâm here and I have never had an issue. I canât get what I order by ordering at the speaker because of the deals in the app.â She continues to repeatedly say, âIâm just telling you! Weâd have to pull your car and youâd have to wait!â This clearly wasnât the case and she was on a power trip⌠I finally replied with, âIâm just waiting for my food you donât have to tell me anything!â She then threatened to cancel my order to which I replied with, âYou guys canât even cancel orders from the app! Iâve been told this multiple times!!â Because I unfortunately order in the app to the wrong location and theyâve explained that I either have to pay again or go to the location Iâve ordered from. Thereâs no way to cancel in the app either. So she apparently thought I was trying to say that she personally couldnât cancel the order and that I was trying to challenge her because she closed the window and when the other girl was coming to the window I watched them stand there and talk about the current situation.. Girl #2 opened the window and was clearly angry telling me to leave, saying they canceled my order without even allowing me to speak , saying she heard me be rude, although I watched her talk to the other girl to get the story. đ¤Śââď¸ Meanwhile I can see my order in the app, STILL 30 minutes after the fact⌠Not cancelled. So I said âif Iâm not getting my food whatâs the number to corporate so I can report the incident? They told me they werenât giving me the number that I had to Google it⌠and they were calling the police. A younger gentleman came to the window trying to reason with me, asking me to leave so they didnât call the police, who seemed very level headed and mature. I asked him for the phone number and he said the girl in the purple, who was apparently the manager told him there was no phone number, not to give me anything. So no food, clearly Iâm out $35 because I also donât have a refund. My order is still saying âfood is ready!â. When you put people in a position to manage when they clearly arenât appropriate for the job is makes everyoneâs job difficult. Thankfully, I have money to purchase food somewhere else. Not...
   Read moreNo wonder they barely have 3 stars. Came here after experiencing a loss in our family and just too upset to cook. We get home and the food is wrong, all types of wrong. Being out of sorts from what we experienced, we accidentally called the wrong location. The one we called said they would remake the boxes because that's not the standard and don't want the rest of the food cold. We pull up to the location we went to and learned we spoke to the wrong one. The manager at this location said he refuses to honor what the other location said they would do but will "at the very least remake what was wrong". We get up to the window and ask to speak to the manager and he came up and said "you're lucky I replaced it at all" what? We didn't ask for a refund. We asked for the food we PAID for. This is the taco bell on the receipt. This is the taco bell that messed up! Taco bell is taco bell across the board. He starts arguing with us, being rude and condescending. Finally, we asked for his name. He says Brandon. However, that didnt sound like the name the employee giving us our food said to call him up to the window. But I can say he's the short, White guy (not an issue. My boyfriend who he was talking to is also white. More for identification) with 2 chins and very scruffy/unkempt. Not to mention the girl who gave us the food clearly felt some type of way about the order being wrong. They have piss poor customer service and doesnt even meet the common standard among all taco bells.    Read moreOne of THE Worst "Fast-Food" Locations that I have EVER been to in my entire life. The location does NOT take anyone inside the building and STRANGELY Has it's doors Locked at all times... They ONLY take Orders through the Drive-Thru... & like... Last year? Sure!! We are in a global pandemic! That would have made sense, but THIS far into COVID... There's no excuse. Like c'mon... The most embarrassing part about this location is the fact that even with the Drive-Thru being the ONLY way to Order, there has been multiple times where I have gone through the Drive-thru & gotten NO response from anyone who was "working" there. And with no way to speak with anyone, or any way to Order & Receive my food... I am always forced to take my business elsewhere!! The WORST Part about this, one time I forgot about how awful this location is, and I had Ordered on the Taco Bell App... And, you guessed it! The building was locked & nobody answered the Drive-Thru, I even knocked at the door and saw employees looking directly at me... This location should be closed, or the current staff should be replaced! This is my FAVORITE Fast-Food Chain, mostly because of the ease of creating GOOD-TASTING, Vegetarian Food Options... But, this location...? Like MOST of the Taco Bell locatios in Northeastern Ohio, is just awful đ Do NOT come here, drive a bit further, to Downtown Willoughby, spend a BIT more (If you are able to!!) & go to Barrio! It's certainly more $$$ but the food is great! And the Bar/Restaurant creates a VERY Chill hangout Vibe & Location! Taco Bell should be ashamed of this...
