Yesterday, 10/13/2025 I went into their Willoughby, Ohio store (34808 Euclid Ave.). Some guy with dark hair and a moustache was waiting on a customer, and another woman at a table waiting her turn. I was there a long time, the guy never acknowledged my presence, he should have at least said hello and something about being with me in a moment, but I was a non-person. After what seemed about 10 minutes, the customer left and this guy went in back without ever acknowledging me, leaving me alone in the store with the customer that was waiting her turn still waiting at the table. After about 5 minutes, he comes back, whispers something to the woman at the table and disappears again. The woman comes up to me, now I can see she has a small AT&T logo on her shirt, and wants to know if she can help me. She sat there for close to 15 minutes by my estimation, sitting at a table, ignoring me. And now, when told to by someone else, she decides to see if she could help me? No thank you. I called her on her behavior and pointed out that the Verizon Store was one door over. I told her I would rather give them my service and as I left she calls out "have a nice day!" Where was the manager? I think he was the guy with the dark hair and moustache hiding in back, he seemed to be in charge. The thing is this: Once Upon a Time, before grad school, I managed a retail shop about the size of this AT&T store for a local company called Cleveland Typewriter (long time ago) located at the Southgate Shopping Center. I was the only person working that store and I knew how to serve multiple customers simultaneously and how to make sure each new walk-in was acknowledged even if I was with another customer. I made sure everyone who walked through the door felt important. No one needed to tell me to do that, it's second nature to someone with a work ethic and who takes pride in themselves, their store and who takes satisfaction in a job well-done. ATT Retail store employees, and this was a company store, are sorely lacking in these qualities. AT&T lost a customer yesterday. Hey AT&T! My name is Paul Jason Frederic Silver, and don't...
Read moreSo Justin at AT&T helped me today as best as he could. I’ve been here from 9 AM to 2 PM and back again from 5 PM until now which is 630 almost an hour after he was supposed to get off of work that being said Shelley and Alex, his coworkers were helpful as well but what was frustrating was Google really stuck it to me I have a faulty phone I took it to a Google outlet where they determined it was unfixable, but I cannot get a new phone without returning the old one which puts me in a position because I check my diabetes with my phone and my Cleveland clinic connections are only on my phone. I do not own a computer, so needless to say they would not make any allowances, and they would make me wait 10 days without my phone, so it puts me in a position where I may have to find a new provider and back out of my contract, which really is a pain in the butt because I am in a bundle with my Internet that being said, I want to emphasize the hard work that Justin and his team put in for me and because of that, I’m gonna do everything I can to stay with AT&T because I was extremely impressed with the help that was extend it to me today even though I didn’t get the answers from Google that I wanted and with that I will say thank you and I will update you...
Read moreGave 1 star, only because 0 was not an option. Had a group of ATT reps from this store (Willoughby) come to my workplace. Made lots of promises if employees changed service over to ATT, Firstnet program. At first, Dominic (the manager) answered all of my questions and seemed to be working to deliver all that they had promised. Then he stopped responding to calls and messages. Called the store to speak to him to get the rest of the issues resolved, no return call. I called every number that I could find for ATT, and no one could answer my questions. Filed a corporate complaint, and STILL have not received all of the rewards that they promised. While I have all of the messages from the manager and the store employee; ATT will not honor what the store promised. I would have never switched service except the deal they presented made it worthwhile. Now I am stuck with mediocre cellular service, bills from my previous carrier, and no help from ATT, they will not honor all that the store promised and the store will not deliver what was promised either. Steer clear of...
