I didn’t even buy anything and I’m leaving a bad review. I love to support local, but not this store. I went in for the first time and found a rug I liked. The lady at the store told me I could buy any rug off the floor, and they are usually cheaper. Original price to order online. I went back a few weeks later and the rug I liked was still there, so I really wanted to buy it that day. There was a different lady in there and I told her I wanted to buy it. Well she came up with the dumbest excuses why I couldn’t. She couldn’t even same them confidently, because I think she even knew they sounded stupid. She told me it was hectic with the holidays (I was literally the ONLY one in the store… maybe one other couple was there) Also, It’s a furniture store so people understand that things will be moved around 🤦🏼‍♀️She said her guys weren’t there, and were too busy to help move the rug. All that had to be done was move a small ottoman off the rug and push back a couch. I could have easily done that and brought the rug to my truck. Or as a good employee would do, they would offer to help bring the rug (it wasn’t a big) It’s a rug… not a couch… The way I look at it, she didn’t want me to buy it because I could have gotten it cheaper in store rather than them ordering it online. I was delighted by the service and timeliness, price, and quality of product I received from Blue Hand Home. Living in California, I worked through the website and the chat feature to learn specifics about the Noir chair I was interested in. Megan was great, very helpful! Ordered the chair and it was delivered on schedule. Chair even better than anticipated, great price. Very positive experience.

I just walked out. Never coming back. When I first visited this location in 2011, there was a very friendly, welcoming Asian lady who greeted me. Today, I entered walked near the checkout desk and went around because a customer was in front of the desk with her baby stroller. I began looking at items that were appealing. Another person entered was given a warm welcoming greeting. I refuse to shop in places that won't acknowledge my presence. Blue Hand ... not so "Blue💙"...
