Do NOT do tattoo removal here and also don't sign anything. I am a very understanding human who is completely aware of and understands that things don't always go as planned. However, after speaking with several professionals concerning my removal they were shocked at the bad results. I called about this concern and was understanding but wanted to be heard. I was shot down and offered a solution that was unrealistic for my situation. I highly suggest going to another salon who takes care of their customers. The amount of money that was stolen from me is incredible. Almost 2 grand, yes 2 grand, down the drain for minimal results. I am saying this for anyone who is thinking about doing something like this to their body, don't, it isnt worth it especially if you dont have customer service backing you and your disappointment. If the customer service was better and they actually offered some money back, I would say otherwise (they must need it more than me). The techs are great but concerns should be handled by customer service and they should want their customers happy. They will probably try to respond to this post saying they offered a solution, the solution was they could give me another treatment, that is impossible for me as I am moving (not a good solution) and offered nothing else. I recently turned 38 and this was my first time getting Xeomin. I found the Groupon online for Botox and decided to get it for my birthday (You can always call before purchasing to see if there are in house promotions as well). After discussing Botox and alternatives, my consultant and I chose Xeomin.

Tara was very approachable and friendly, and explained the process in great detail. Before visiting, I had done a ton of research on my options and providers, but Tara and the rest of the staff made it even easier than expected. As a new patient, I had to complete a couple forms, but the entire process took about a half an hour. Future visits will likely only take a few minutes.

I did a late afternoon appointment, because I didn't want to return to work with bleeding/redness/bruising that I has seen in some patients during my research, but I could have went directly to work! Even though I was advised beforehand that results may take 7+ days to fully appear, I saw immediate results, and will definitely be back for follow-ups and additional treatments we discussed.
