I absolutely love Meadowlark! Kendall and the people who work there are all helpful and extremely nice. My first impression of their clothing was the textures - such soft and comfortable pieces, beautiful, stylish, scrumptious!! The true test is customer service though, and a piece that my husband purchased me for Christmas had a tiny flaw. It wasn't noticeable until I went to put it on, so I brought it back, hoping to exchange. Not only did Kendall bend over backwards to fix the problem (which was not caused by Meadowlark), she called me nearly daily to update me on the status, and then went BEYOND - way beyond - my expectations to make it right. It's been a long time since I went into a dressing room and didn't have to get re-dressed to go find another size! Any store that continues to help you while you are in the dressing room is a higher end store in my book.
