I had my choice of entering the building through a liquor store or a skate shop. Already had beer in the refrigerator so chose the skate shop entrance. Nice! Skate shop comes complete with boards, swag, a foosball table and operational Ms Pac-man / Galaga machine.

To enter the next layer I presented my ID and was then allowed entry to an area with variety of paraphernalia. Extensive lineup and array of pipes, bongs, wraps, etc. Looking for something to use with these numerous products you open the final door and enter the sales room.

Full variety of products available and friendly staff willing to explain or answer questions. A-Z product type availability. No mass produced / cooperate sales or packed items here. Flower is sold by the gram and weighed out in front of you. A 20 station “bud bar” allows viewing and smell test of available flower. A fairly unique shopping option not often seen in small shops. I have personally observed this display type only once before in a large Las Vegas dispensary.

I don’t live in Vermont but visit regularly a few times a year. Ratu’s has become a must-stop and I will sometimes go out of my way or plan to drive through Wilmington to stop here. Incredibly friendly folks and great bud! I really appreciate that it’s “deli style”, being able to see and smell the flower is such a difference from how it is in dispensaries in CT (where everything is sealed and you can’t look at, let alone smell anything that you’re buying). Really enjoyed the friendly and approachable atmosphere and staff here! Walk in to someone enjoying a drumming jam session with a huge welcoming smile; as a musician that was a win. Thanks to their website I felt fairly sure I knew what product I was looking for. And since Sunset Lake Cannabis gave out some swag with my purchase I'll give them a shout-out for their 1:1 balance tincture, for me it's hitting the goldilocks zone. Will certainly be a returning...
