On May 10th our son, Shayn chose to take his own life. There are no words to express the pain this has caused our family. The "firsts" are the hardest: first time it was his birthday, first time I wanted to call him, but could not. The domino effect his choice has had on us as a family, as well as his friends, has been difficult to say the very least. One young lady cared about him deeply. She had the unfortunate experience of discovering his passing. She related her birthday was going to be extra difficult because they had always celebrated it together. So, for her birthday I decided to send her flowers. I live in Alabama, which means I do not have a knowledge of Flower shops near Dripping Springs Texas. Luckily, many of the other shops were closed on a Monday, and I happened across WIMBERLY FLOWER SHOP. When KRISTEN HANLON answered the phone, I knew this was meant to be!! She and KIRT ROMERO were amazing!! My request was SUNFLOWERS due to a poem we found on Shayn's phone, which he had written for this young woman. The first picture of a bouquet they sent me, was pretty, but just not what I was seeing in my own mind. No problem, they fixed it after I made my desires a little more clear. (Sometimes, it is hard to express verbally when it has to do with my son.) Not only did they design an amazing bouquet, but Kristen figured out a way to also send the poem. I was extremely grateful for the professional, yet compassionate way she treated me as a client. In the end, I felt like we were long lost friends. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!! Thank-you seems inadequate, but thank-you Kristen and Kirt.

This is an awesome, top rate florist. I order an arrangement of flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on 11/9/19 to her place of business as a surprise for an anniversary she was celebrating. I received a call from Kristen, one of the businesses owner, who stated she was unable to deliver the flowers due to the place of business I sent them to was closed and locked. I had said the place might be closed for lunch and Kristen said they will try to deliver them later on in the day.. I could not get a hold of my girlfriend and thought she might have been in the hospital because she wasn't feeling well the day before. Kristen showed real concern and advised me not to worry we will get them delivered when we find out what happened with my girlfriend and she guaranteed me they will be delivered even if they have to re-make them. I finally got in touch with my girlfriend and the flowers were delivered on Wednesday 11/13 and my girlfriend absolutely loved them and every woman that came into her place of business complimented the arrangement that was sent. I am so impressed with the professionalism, concern and the outcome of the arrangement that I will continue to use them for now on. They made a customer for life. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give this florist a 10!!!!! Thank you Kristen for everything and perfect for me and my girlfriend. I will be ordering again from you in the near future. Keep up...

I loved having a Flower Shop that was so close to our business! We have guests that ask for flower arrangements for special occasions to be waiting on them when they open the door to their room. We ordered a dozen roses with a complementary color to be interspersed per the guests request and colors on short notice. What they designed for us was just beautiful.

The guests were staying for 5 days. We picked up and brought the roses to their room the morning of their arrival. The husband was so happy at his wife's delight on their 1st wedding anniversary and the grin on his face really made our day! When they left 5 days later they made a point of stopping by to say thank you and show us the flowers still looking as fresh as the first day. I was thrilled to see the quality of their flowers and immediately set up an account with them. I will be using them from now on.
