I'm giving you five stars Michaels is because I love your store not because I'm angry with the employees that are working here at Michaels. why because they're snooty and rude and they treat you with disrespect every time I come in there with the coupon I always get told I can't use it then what's the point of you all posting a coupon in a newspaper seriously tell me I've been going to Michaels since 2013 and every time I go in there not only I can't use my coupon but the people are so rude they treat you with disrespect because I guess it's the way you dressed or your race I don't know what it is or they just don't like whoever it is I mean you always got to look high class or look like that money ran out of your ears for them to treat you with respect and I really don't like that and I know I'm not the only one that thinks that if you spend an hour or maybe longer in their store understand you might think that were stealing but no it's because we're taking our time to find what we need and if we have like something to plan like a birthday or wedding or some room in our homes to decorate we can't think of anything by just walking in and walking right back out of your store it's called taking time to look for what you need and making sure you got everything you need before you leave the store and that's what I don't like is that your employees don't allow people to do that it's like they supposed to be in there for a half an hour and out you go but that's the thing if you didn't work there could you be in there for half an hour or less do you like being rushed last time I checked with the something's going on now in the world for the covid-19 stores like Michael's is the only thing that gives us hope during this crisis that we're going through and if I want to shop for an hour or two or three I should be allowed to without being...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had placed a couple "buy online pick up in store" orders & living 30 minutes from Winchester I picked them both up together even though the first order was placed 4 days earlier. They were having a huge online sale & I could already feel something was going wrong with the second order because even 6 hours later I hadn't received the email saying it was ready for pick up (which usually takes 2 hours at most). Sure enough, they could only find my first order, then found the second (it was put on "pause" after it was started) but one of the items wasn't showing up. Luckily the two ladies helping me were very nice & very quick at figuring out the issues & it took not even two minutes to pick out all 8 items & have me on my way. I'm poor so I have to buy my crafts from China, so I live for Michaels' huge sales where I can have my stuff in hand immediately. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFantastic customer service today! Her name is on the tip of my tongue, but I am drawing a blank - she had her service dog working the register with her though! In all the visits I've made to Michaels she was the first to take the time to hi-lite the membership ID number on my receipt and explain how to correctly attach it to my account online. I have the app and an online account and a member ID, but they aren't all connected! It was nearly ruined by the manager on duty who came up behind me and another customer in line to scold the cashiers about "being in red", which I would assume means they were taking too long to check customers out. Very rude of her to do that!!! Then as we were leaving this same manager ran after a man in the parking lot just to say goodbye to him... Didn't seem to know him personally. She needs additionally training in hospitality and how to speak to your team members because she is surely killing...
