OVERALL ZERO OUT OF TEN STARS - 0/10 (NEGATIVE)-10 STARS FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Worst Food And Customer Service I Have Ever Had Will Not Recommend This Place To Anyone! Ordered a halal chicken tikka masla pizza family sized... They were out of chicken tikka so sent me chicken tandoori which literally didn't taste or looked anything like chicken tandoori as it had grilled chicken and mashrooms on it with blended sauce which was nothing like tandoori sauce.. Anyway.. That's not the main issue.. The issue is that I got sick right after having their pizza.. I had severe stomach ache and I started throwing up continuously and got food poisoning coz of the pizza I had from Pizza Twist.. And when my mom called and complained about it to them their manager was extremely RUDE and she could care less said they are not accountable nor they are responsible for any such thing even if their customers get sick because of the quality of the food they are Serving! They won't compensate nor feel sorry at all.. She Could've Atleast Be Nice and Sorry About The Food and Handled The Situation in a better way.. NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH REGIT AND AGGRESSIVE SERVICE. WHAT KINDA CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE THEY PROVIDING? THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHOS PAYING WAY HIGHER AMOUNT FOR THEIR PIZZA THAN OTHER PIZZA CHAINS..

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, we ordered online and drove from West Virginia to pick it up. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 1:30 p.m., they were closed. We stayed a while to see if someone would eventually show up, but no one showed and there was no sign on the door.
We chose them and chose to drive that far specifically for their vegan offerings. We have had Pizza Twist in other areas and truly enjoyed it, but this was a let down. We understand things happen, but to have online ordering open and to take people's money without providing a product is a bit much. We called repeatedly over the next few days to see if we could still get our pizza, but no one ever answered and we had to resort to a charge back on our credit card.
In the end we drove over to Oak Stone Pizza for a delicious meal and went to Bruster's for dessert.
I'd give them one more chance when I'm in the area to see that they are open, but never again will we make an online or...

I gotta say this place is nice once you walk in, clean, spacious, and very colorful. But i have not been back since the last time I was there which was a year ago. My experience when I was there was absolutely terrible. The wait was extremely long and people were leaving when I was waiting for my pizza. Not to mention my pizza I ordered was disgusting. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza, it was not cooked properly, very undercooked and the ham on the pizza looked like it was just slapped on it from the fridge. The pizza was doughy.
