Th team at Plume are amazing. They have been since day one I’ve been buying all of my vape/smokeless products strictly from them for the past 10 years. They’re always quick to help. They’re super knowledgeable. If you speak to anyone in there, whether it’s Alec that works at night or if you have the pleasure of meeting the owner, Kirk they’re just wonderful people. They’ll go out of their way to help you with anything whether it’s ordering something that they don’t currently have in stock that you need or want honestly, I wish they had an online store because I don’t currently live close to them like I used to and I would prefer to just buy my things from them so maybe he’ll see this and create an online store. That’s really the only feedback that I have I wish you guys had a website other than that. They’re the best vape shop in Winchester and this is why I say that they don’t sell anything that’s sketchy or possibly illegal they don’t sell adictive prouduct that you can find in pretty much every other smoke shop in this town, And they’re also very strict on editing people, and making sure that the things that they do sell legally to the proper age group do not end up in the hands of those that are not in that age group. they strictly sell vapes and vaping products. They don’t sell clone devices. They sell actual devices from actual companies that have reputable reviews. If it was up to me there isn’t another vape shop in this town that...

I have been coming to Plume House Vape Co since a week after they opened. Ever since I walked through the front door, I have felt like a valued customer, friend, and even family member. The guys working there are so wonderful and helpful.

Zack builds the best coils ever and even took the time to help me learn about building coils and Ohms Law. He's a great person to sit and joke with and discuss anything vape related. He knows the best and worst products on the market and can give you an educated opinion on what to buy and what not to buy.

Carlos is more on the quiet side, but is a super nice guy. He has tried to teach me how to do Vape tricks and can wrap a mean battery...lol.

Last, but not least, is the owner, Kirk. There are no words that could really describe how wonderful of a person Kirk is. He cares about what his customers want and is always striving to please any and everyone who walks through the door. He's also a very sweet person. To know him is to instantly like him. He makes everyone feel welcome who enter his shop. He's also an amazing friend.

If you haven't been to Plume House, you need to get off your butt and go. It is an amazingly fun atmosphere...we're always laughing and having a great time. We can't forget the wonderful products and the tasty juices they have there as well. If you're not there, you're missing out on a fantastic shop, great company, and a wonderful...

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Tonight was my first time going to Plume, and I wasn't there long, but Al seemed to figure out the EXACT vape that's best for me, without even KNOWING me! I got a Geek Vape Aegis Legend for an AMAZING price! It's water proof up to a meter for up to 30 minutes, it can be dropped safely up to 2 meters (6ft), although the batteries could be damaged if it's over 1 meter, it's dustproof and is safe in a "dirty environment" (not sure exactly what that means, but sounds like it could be safe at construction job sites), it has firmware updates when you hook it up to your computer (not apple), and SO many things I don't even know about yet!!!

Now, back to the store, lol. They have like 20 shelves of juice! I LOVE that they stay open so late! 11pm on weekdays and I think 1 am on weekends, but don't quote me on that last part. It has a nice cozy feeling, so comfortable. They even have a loyalty program similar to the one at Vaperzz where every dollar is a point, and 100 points gets you 5 bucks off, and you get a free bottle of juice on your birthday! There's even an app for the program called five star or something. Not sure what's up with that cuz I haven't downloaded it from the link I got from the text Plume sent me.

The 2 guys I met, Al and Duck, were SUPER friendly, knowledgable and informative when I asked questions. I recommend this vape shop...
