The lady was extremely rude. Waiting in line I saw how she interacted and acted towards the other customers with professionalism and when my turn came it was like I'm not the type of person that should be in their store. Before I even finished explaining what I was needing and looking for she blew me off and literally acted like I wasn't even there. And went straight to the person behind me in line. Because she knew that person, and started helping her like I wasn't even there. I've never been so mad, hurt, and confused in my life. I've never been in a situation like that before I've only heard about people going through this and I never really understood the feeling of when something like that happens until now. I understand completely why people feel the way they do when things like this happen. I truly hope the owner of this business sees this and responds. I would love to talk to you on the phone and truly tell you how I feel and exactly what happened. ( to the employee only: I hope you drop the next carton of eggs you buy, I hope the velcro on your shoes stops velcroing, I hope you break a nail and you don't have a nail file with you, I hope somebody flush the toilet next time you're in the shower and your water gets cold, I hope if you're waiting on a parking spot I hope somebody cuts you off and takes it, I hope your next shopping cart has a bad wheel and your cart goes in circles, then when you exchange that shopping cart I hope the next cart wheel locks up on you. What a wonderful first experience! We spoke to a young lady named Anne and she was so nice to us and answered all of our questions. This was our first time framing professionally, and Anne made us feel so comfortable and secure with our purchase. I can’t wait to see the final product in the next couple of weeks!! While we were leaving, I noticed a painting that caught my eye and then Eugene came out to greet us! He was beyond polite and such an interesting dude! We ended up buying one of his prints and I’m so in love. I wish we could have purchased the larger one, but there is always next time. Highly recommend...
