Okay first when I walked in I told them I wanted a set of acrylic nails and then the manager nicely asked if I want it to do dip powder I'd never done dip powder for sure I wasn't sure how it works I just figured it was the way to paint on top of acrylic nails once she got halfway through I realized I wasn't getting acrylic nails it was actually only going to be my regular nails which are super tiny and small the color turned out pretty she was a very nice lady but then I needed my eyebrows waxed as well she took me back into the waxing room and laid me down I felt her pool and tug on each eyebrow about 3 or 4 times when she went to show me in the mirror my eyebrows she kind of showed me crookedly and when I asked for her mirror again she kind of just ignored me and walked out of the room so I went to pay I handed her $20 for a tip she said $57 I gave her 2 50 bills and then she said thank you and turned around got to my truck realized nothing had been taken off of my eyebrows I'm not sure exactly what she even did to them I would not recommend this place for anyone and I definitely won't...

I was in Winchester visiting a friend and we decided to get pedicure. My girlfriend raved on this salon so I was excited to try it. When we came in they greated and seated us right away which was awesome. Once seated they tried to sell us the most expensive pedicure and I just wanted a basic pedicure. At home a basic pedicure is thorough and lasts about an hour. Here I recieved a "basic" pedicure and it was BASIC -lasting only 20 minutes. The nail technician barely "massaged" my legs/feet hard or long enough for the lotion to rub in. My big toe even had polish on the skin-which I didn't even ask her to fix because she obviously didn't care. I got home and still had wax remninants on my ankle. I will not be back to this salon. I feel bad writing such a negative review but don't want others to waste their time. I usually OVER tip but did not feel this was justified as my technician did not try to provide ample service to justify a $31 nail painting. My girlfriend stated she usually got the basic pedicure and it was much better so I'm not sure...

Went in to get a nail fixed and a color change with a design (red tips with black lines under & design on ring finger). I paid before she started painting. She fed the red, then design but forgot the black line & when I mentioned it she got very angry, and started getting loud. I understand she may have not charged me and I would have been ok with paying more if that was the case. Then when I asked for a manager, no one wanted to let me know when one was going to be in. The manager showed and was just as rude and didn't help at all. He turned away and ignored me. Wouldn't answer any questions and had no reguard for his customers concern. I will not be returning. I've NEVER experienced something that unprofessional before and have NEVER had any issues in the 10+ years I've been having my nails done. Don't know the tech's name because they kept saying they didn't...
