Little Caesars — Restaurant in Virginia

I went here on Halloween night. When I left work, I ordered online as soon as I got into my car because I had barely eaten anything all day. I ordered crazy bread and pizza puffs. It took me literally like six minutes to get from my work to Gateway Plaza. I needed to go to MARTIN’S first, which I did. I was in there and grabbed what I needed. When I left Martins, it had been about 35 minutes since I ordered. I still had not received an update that my food is ready. So I took my time getting in my car, Driving across the parking lot to get over there. I Walk inside andThere’s about five other people waiting. I stood inside with all the other people and waited another 15 minutes to literally get crazy bread and pizza puffs. At this point, I was starving and as soon as I got in my car, I went right for the pizza puffs and let me tell you. They were completely disgusting. There was so much seasoning on them. I could not even make it through one of the four puffs. And I don’t think my crazy bread was fully cooked all the way through but that was edible enough that I ate it and I didn’t care because I was starving. There was one kid that was working super fast. There was another girl that you could see doing something in the back and you could also see that she was vaping while she was cooking, which I thought was completely disgusting, and I almost canceled my order because of it. She didn’t try to hide it at all And then the girl who was taking orders from the people that were walking in to order ,would go stand next to the kid who was boxing the pizza,and doing nothing but distracting him but thankfully he continued to work. when she did take orders from customers, they were ordering one or two pizzas and told them it would be 45 minutes to an hour I normally go to Little Caesars over on Rivendell Court because it’s closer to my work, and I usually go on my lunch break and not dinner. I’ll continue to go out of my way a few minutes extra to go there for dinner cause I absolutely refuse to go back to Gateway Plaza. I had eaten at Gateway Plaza, Little Caesars a few times before and never had this experience. However, it’s been a while and something definitely changed to where I see that a lot of people will not go back. That should be a wake up Call...

Whoever was the older blonde lady that works Sunday nights should be fired for her attitude and poor service. As soon as she answered the phone, the first thing I asked was "You don't sell the STUFFED CRUST PREZLE anymore do you?" She said no. I said "okay can I order just the PRETZEL PEPPERONI with GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN?" She said yes it will be about 10-15 min. I go to pick up the pizza, drive all the way home and it's a CLASSIC PEPPERONI. Called again and told her we have the wrong pizza, I ordered PRETZEL. She's telling me "no you ordered classic, I heard classic".........how do you get those two words mixed up?! And then try to tell me what I ordered?!Then she gives my husband a hard time and is super disrespectful to him! We should've gotten a free pizza because I know for a fact they were just too lazy to make one and have the audacity to give a regular already made oven pizza to us. I gave them more than 15 minutes to make it. I was about 25 minutes late! We will NEVER order from this place again! Zero stars! You wouldn't give a credit/discount but will exchange it....how about you EXCHANGE THAT employee?! Start checking your boxes everyone b/c clearly night...

I'm not the type of person to write reviews but on this occasion I have to. I called the store to place an order for 2 3meat pizza and 1 classic pepperoni pizza and the lady told me the order was ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store to pick up the order, I pay with my card and when the lady who I think is the manager (Latina or Filipino) gives me the receipt I realize that a 3meat pizza is missing. I tell the lady that there is a pizza missing and with an annoyed face she tells me: Do you want it? which I answer yes and with the most annoyed face she proceeds to charge me for the missing pizza, I pay for it and sit down to wait for the order. I sat for exactly 47 minutes waiting for my order and when my order was finally ready she literally threw the pizza boxes on the counter and without saying thank you, have a good night, sorry for the delay...nothing!! If the management reads this...please, that girl is not fit to work there and she needs a new job. An unpleasant experience and a lady with no manners who has no idea what customer service...
