Unprofessional attitudes. The guy at the counter had his ear piece in talking to his buddies. We kept thinking he was talking to us but the guy was on the phone. I asked him how long it would be and he stated it would be 10 minutes. After over 20 minutes for a hibachi dish in a restaurant that was less than half full, we had to go and ask how long, to which he says, this one is yours. We were sitting right in front of him, and he never bothered to tell us our food was ready. Had we not paid for the food, we would have left. But thank goodness all we ordered was that one plate because had it been more than the $13 we paid, I wouldn't have been able to leave without getting a refund. And to think, we were sitting there thinking it would have been a great place for an upcoming dinner party for our group. But with that level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable....

Really happy with our trip here! First off, I've finally found a GOOD hot and sour soup. I've been looking for years to find one similar to one I had as a child and Red Bowl delivered! Sushi was also on point: fresh, beautifully crafted, and super flavorful. I had the Hornet roll and Crazy Tuna roll. My daughter had the Philly roll and the Rainbow roll. My better half had the Mongolian Beef bowl and the Warrior roll. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were amazed at how quickly and precisely they worked. Since we came close to the end of their day, the staff were cleaning EVERYTHING. And when I say everything, I mean they were even wiping the walls down! We had a quick lunch here. They have a very large selection of sushi rolls and typical appetizers you'd find at a Japanese restaurant that also serves East Asian fusion dishes. Similar to the offerings at a place like Sakura. The rest of the menu is set up as hibachi with various options for proteins and vegetables along with rice or noodles. There is also a DIY option where you can select your items from a buffet-style setup for the staff to cook.

The kitchen is open and the staff seemed very happy even though it was a busy lunch. They were staffed well enough to keep up with the demand which is something that I always like to see.
