I went through your drive through. And I placed my order as clearly as I could because I know drive through can be challenging to hear one another. I believed I said it twice at the drive through. Did I want it chicken fajita tacos? And she gave me beef fajita tacos. Which we still have here. And we are gonna go and return them today. And I also told her to give me. When dispensing my own soda, there was black stuff on the clear plastic where the ice comes out (I think it was mold), so I got a napkin and wiped it off. I ordered online from their app and picked up inside. The app said it would be ready in 20 minutes (why does it take so long?), then, the order wasn't even started by the time I got there. Secondly, I have to buy fountain soda when I get there (you cant order it online with the rest of your order). Also, I can get a senior citizen discount in person, but not online. By the time I got my food and got my own drink, I would have been much better off in the drive thru. Bottom line is ordering online in the app; Takes longer Costs more (no senior discount) Requires more of my time getting my own drinks I have to walk into the store anyway (cant order fountain drink online).

Arrive at 7:34, stand at the register for 4 minutes while the employees looked up at me but didnt greet me (I was the only person standing there). Then finally a young lady came to the front, and she is the only reason I am even giving two stars as she was very nice and attentive. I told her I had an online order and she looked up at the screen and made a face and told me It would be 5 or 6 minutes. I then heard her tell her coworker that they hadn't even started my order. I stood there for another 10 minutes and finally got my food. Got home and the 18 flautas I ordered were over cooked and as hard as rock. We threw them all away. Note to manager, train your employees to look up and greet the customer upon their arrival and teach them to say "someone will be right with you" instead of leaving them standing there. And note, the manager was one of the 6 people that looked up at me and stared at me while she made eggs......
