Maine Pawn & Jewelry is by far the BEST pawn shop my boyfriend and I have ever done business with and the only one we will ever use again should the occasion arise (and it probably will, uh such is life).

Having the need to pawn an item is usually a stressful time for most people. However, the owner always handles the situation with fluid proficiency and utter professionalism.

John answers all our questions without making us feel rushed and always does his absolute best to help when we are in a jam. We cannot Express how much we have appreciated his honesty and fairness.

He is quite knowledgeable about all the items he carries such as watches, estate jewelry/other jewelry, guitars, amps, coins, guns, stereos & stereo equipment, and other various items.

So, if you're looking for a smooth and easy process from someone that'll treat you right rather you need to pawn an item or to sell it outright then I highly recommend heading on over to Maine Pawn and Jewelry!! Definitely 5 stars and four...

Absolutely, the best place to go for best prices on TV,s Jewelry, and Music equipment and Guitars. The Older man helped me save as much as possible on a new amplifier. Came out to less than what a Walmart brand would be.. and it’s a 300$ amp. The guitars are solid! And look new, Gibsons, fender, and beginner guitars also. will definitely be returning again. The one I got I tested it and it still had plastic on it, The younger man helped me tune it and took another 50$ off for me at the front desk. far more friendly than any pawn shop where I used to live lol!

Definitely a Gem of a place. Can’t recommend enough.. After going to other pawn shops in Maine I can say I went to the best first LOL because the ones in Portland were all not...

Every summer I go to the Lake with my family and every summer we stop off to see Jon at Maine Pawn & Jewelry. What a great place! We always find something we need or want TV's, watches, DVD's for the kids. My husband found a brand new bicycle there once so cheep he just had to buy it! I don't think I've paid retail for a TV in 15 years! My sisters and I have some absolutely fabulous jewelry from Maine Pawn. Stop by, this store is a real jem and Jon is very knowledgeable about everything in his store and he couldn't be nicer. You'll find a treasure...
