Big Apple Store — Local services in Windham

The way this employee just treated me was Absolutely 💯 rude , I called and this girl who just answered the phone feb 18th 2024, at 10:08 p.m. should not work with the public clearly! Ill explain , However, this store i give my whole companys business too! We have several vechles that we gas up on the daily! We grab all our drinks and snacks before work there , and I get several hundreds in gift cards at Christmas time for my employees.? ? Seriously though Im beyond pissed off and now have to wake up at 4am Instead of 5am ,1 hr earlier than i should have to drive there and ask how much per gallon of Diesel and gasoline are so I could add. Money to my Gas cards to give to my employees tomorrow so they could fill up but nope... I called to ask two simple questions.( I wish I had asked the more important question i needed to know about price per. Gallon first but got hung up on .. so I could put money on my employees gas cards! ) 1- If they Add cash to PayPal cards, I asked this and she said no we don't and hung up. ??? Okay maybe I lost service?? So I called back, no answer all the phone did was ring! I've now tried calling 6 more times in a 45 min spand! No answer! Only rings! So I'm definitely being ignored. I mean wow! I just wanted to show big apple how some of there employees treat customers! 😕 not kool! And for what reason? So here I go to set my alarm! To head there in am , at this point I'll lose sleep which is valuable to me considering that I'm up at 5am to 11 each day. Working my Cleaning and maintenance business! All because of?? This girl, this employee must have had issues with other customers or complaints on her before because she is out of line 🙄 not happy with her job and it's now effecting my life so I'll start looking around for a store that can act professionally enough to higher quality employees and weed out the complete rude ones.
