The owner, Joe- of the Windham office made a mess of our plan and then charged our account for a phone we paid for. This was a claim for a replacement phone. What a mess he made. I believe if he did this to us, he wont hesitated to screw up your account too. I would advise anyone looking for a new phone or help with any claim on a current phone to stay clear. I was able to get my account cleared up by a true representative of US Cellular, Kerra was able to see exactly what Joe had done to us and our account. Both Jon and Kim were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and had amazing customer service who went above and beyond.
