What the heck are you doing to train your officers in catching bozo's who are buying child pn? And the like? I know it may be difficult if it's your buddy's nephew, or something similar. And it may be inconvenient, ok. But passing off to "investigators" next week is insufficient and unacceptable. Offender admits to having this child pn in their phone right in front of you, for example, and you let the offender keep it. The public knows. Be honest. Take care of this.
