This place is tucked away from the unbeaten path in downtown Winston Salem. Off the Main Street you turn down a large alley and will see a small sign to enter through an office building. The security guard then will point you down the hall towards the restaurant. With indoor and outdoor seating, it has a cozy relax feel. The owner is also your waiter and he is very efficient. The menu is only two pages and easy to navigate. We got the crab Rangoon to start, crispy and soft flavored cream cheese in The center. The Pork Babb Mi sandwiches are the Bomb! Perfectly marinated pork in a soft yet slightly crunchy bread with sliced carrots, cucumbers, jalapeños and water cress . The flavors all come together in every bite. The Pork Lo Mein. Has big pieces of that same flavorful pork and the serving is fit for a king. You also can’t go wrong with any of their savory Pho. I highly recommend this place and the prices are affordable.

On my last few trips to downtown including to Kaleideum, I have noticed signage and outdoor seating for a 🍜 Pho restaurant and finally took the plunge to visit. What Da Pho is as delightful as it is unassuming. The entrance can be a bit of a maze to find, but it does have a ♿ handicap accessible entrance, 🚻 restrooms, and 🅿️ parking at the neighboring deck. Once you arrive, you are greeted with a spacious and authentic interior along with some limited outdoor seating. As for the food, my wife and I went for the rare 🥩 steak pho, which is served with 🌿 basil and sprouts, and also opted for the spring rolls which are served with a delectable 🥜 peanut sauce. I also recommend their 🍳 egg rolls, bahn mih 🥖 sandwiches, crab rangoon, and always finish it off with their iced vietnamese ☕ coffee. It is definitely run by a family and you get the family treatment when visiting.

The food and service here was incredible! Our server (I believe the owner) was such a sweet woman who added extra soup for our leftovers and brought us extra jalapeños and a special chili oil she had! So kind and generous with everything! She really treated us so well and I’m still glowing from the interaction. We both got the well done steak Pho and summer rolls. Both were so delicious and I loved the peanut sauce that came with the rolls! The pho broth was a perfect combination of savory and sweet, while being really mellow and perfectly flavored. I am visiting Winston from Manhattan and I was craving my favorite spot from home (Vnam) and this really hit the spot (and more..!) Thank you so much ♥️ Can’t wait to come back and I highly recommend others do as well!

Most incredibly rude restaurant I have ever experienced communicating with. I have been here twice. The first time I went in person and it took them 30+ minutes to prepare the food while we were the only customers and they never once came back to check on us during the meal. The food was okay. The customer service was horrible, and I had to go to the back and say “hello?” multiple times before anyone came to the front to get us some water. The second time I just needed a quick bite so I ordered online because I wouldn’t have to deal with the customer service if I did it this way. I waited over an hour for the food and called and requested them to cancel the order once it was clear that it would not arrive (I only live 6 minutes away). They proceeded to be incredibly rude to me and told me to never come back to the store or order again and hung up before I could say another word. When I requested to cancel through DoorDash, DoorDash was required to reach out to them in order to cancel. When they reached out, the restaurant refused to cancel the order. Tell me - if you were a customer who a restaurant just cursed out over the phone but was still sending you food, would you feel safe/comfortable eating food that they delivered? I escalated the matter and started an incident report. If the employees of this restaurant are rude to you, please don’t eat the food. I was concerned that they did something to the food and wouldn’t even eat it if it was given to...

This place was hard to find, tucked away with little signage, and unfortunately, the experience didn't improve once inside. The food wasn’t terrible—I ordered the vegetarian pho, which was okay, though I’m not convinced it was made with a true veggie broth as I’d requested. However, the main issue was the customer service, which was truly disappointing.

Despite it being close to closing time, which seemed to explain the servers’ tired demeanor, that’s no excuse for the lackluster attention. The staff seemed to ignore myself and several other patrons. At one point, instead of walking over, the server called out from across the room to ask what I needed, so I had to practically yell my request. When I asked for an emailed receipt, he flat-out ignored that request, handed me a printed copy, and told me to "just use that."

The staff’s overall attitude was dismissive and rushed, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I understand that closing time can be exhausting, but guests should still receive courteous service. I won’t be rushing back...

I’ve ordered the same vegetarian pho here twice — once dining in, once for delivery — and both experiences left me disappointed.

When I dined in, I was charged extra for tofu. I let it go, but it was surprising since tofu is usually standard for vegetarian pho elsewhere. The broth was on the salty side, but the portion was fine.

For delivery, I ordered the same size, but the broth came in a half quart container. The tofu was in the broth container, which meant an even smaller actual volume of broth — and the tofu pieces were tiny quarter-inch cubes, barely any at all. The broth was just as salty as before, and the portion felt skimpy compared to my dine-in visit. On top of that, I was charged $1 each for extra hoisin and sriracha packets, which seems excessive for small condiment packets.

For the price, I expect consistent portions and fair treatment between dine-in and delivery, but this was a letdown both times. Ordered the exact same meal, I paid about $30 as delivery and $20 dining in — neither felt...
