I never leave reviews, but I think this time it is precendented. I went in this weekend to look for souvenirs for my family, and I found a very cute set of bowls that I absolutely loved. I went to buy them and the price I was charged was incorrect. They were 2 bowls that were about 30 dollars each, so the total should have been around 60 dollars, but when I looked at the total it was over 90 dollars. I politley told her that the price didn't add up. She still completed the transaction anyway and told me we would go from there. We looked at the receipt and realized that she charged me twice for one of the bowls. I told her it was okay and to just restart the transaction. She told me she couldn't do that because they "don't do refunds". I explained that this would not in fact be a refund because she is the one that charged me incorrectly. At this point she had caught a very bad attitude towards me and was being very combative. To stop myself from being rude or upset, I just decided to get all of my money back and not buy the bowls. i bought a pair of pants here and was not informed that they do not accept returns. till i brought them back today. with tags still on and a receipt they would not accept it. now i’m stuck with a $100 pair of jeans that cant even be worn. had i known about the horrible return policy, i would’ve never shopped here to begin with. Update - the response i received states that the workers offered me to exchange for another item. this is false. they told me i could only swap the jeans out for a different size IF they had the EXACT same pair at the store. I explained to them that it wasn’t a sizing issue it was a shape issue- the waist was too big but the butt was too small. something going up or down a size would not fix. i got basically a “too bad so sad” response. never once was i offered a different item or a gift card- if i was offered this, i would have absolutely taken the offer and not left unhappy. so 1 star for return policy and 1 star...

The store itself seems nice, and I was very intrigued to check it out. While there are some nice things in there, some of the decorative/art pieces toward the front, and some of the clothes, the further back you get the more pretentious, poor quality, and tasteless the items become. One section had a full sized stop sign, covered with scratches, and had a tag on it describing the item as “brand new”. Another section was simply posters of quotes from cheesy movies, something I’d expect to find mass produced in a strip mall, but would hope is beneath a nice place like this. Yet another section seemed to be entirely made up of second hand Coach purses. Better suited to an eBay store, but at least they’re items of a certain level of quality.
