I'm a long-time customer of the Winter Garden store. Love the products. Today I arrived at 1.40...during their regular hours. The paper clock said 'back at 2.05'. I waited on the front bench. At 2.06 I called, left a message. No one answered the phone or the door. I left and returned @3.30. I told the workers that if they say they're going to be there at a certain time they should be there. The young man named Kevin became combative and verbally very disrespectful....rather than apologetic and service oriented as a caring customer service person would be. I'm 75. Great selection of gourmet treats. Come prepared to sample olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Personal fav is Tuscan Herbs olive oil with Sicilian Lemon Balsamic vinegar on summer salad, just add some freshly ground pepper for excellent dairy-free salad dressing.
