Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winter Haven

I am extremely disappointed of this pizza hut, I have purchased from it previously but yesterday I decided to try their newest deal of 2 Medium 2 Topping pizzas for 5.99 Each. I was excited for my order and I headed on my way, note I live 15 minutes away so I thought I might as well drive asap. When I got there it was 10:55, pulled up in my truck and right when I was walking towards the door it was locked basically right in front of my face, the worker went straight for the register lights and turned them off, I had the money in my hand and I saw my name on the screen, I insisted though and i decided to start waving towards the workers inside, counting the one that ignored in the first place and it took them around 10 minutes to have the courage to finally mop up the floor by the register and even by then he didn't want to even look at me, I waited there the whole time just to be told with hand signals that the place was closed, I pointed towards the screen and I told the worker that was me and I could even see the pizzas ready on the table in the kitchen.

So that being said I am extremely dissatisfied, I love pizza hut as a franchise and I genuinely think they have some of the best Pizzas I just don't understand how could careless the workers were about...

Do not order on a Tuesday if you want to quality food because apparently that’s when they have a special and they are rushed and your food reflects it. Other than that, it’s pretty good. It bothers me that they beg for tips when you check out even if you’re placing an order online to pick up, they say support our team members and give them a tip for their good work. Here’s an idea, They agreed to work for a certain amount of money per hour. Why are you begging customers to tip them more before you even get your food? If I tip and I come home and I see bubbles in my pizza and I getting my tip back no they keep that. It bothers me that even when checking out, they have a tip jar there they are takeout only Establishment. There is no dining in why are they begging for tips?. I understand tips for delivery drivers but that’s the whole point of carryout service and each time I order food online there’s a three selections 15% 18% 20% that they want me to tip the people who agree to work for a certain amount with the expectations so because if I don’t tip, are they gonna make my food crapier...

Delivery drivers are very efficient on making on time deliveries. I had one driver get in a rush to forget my drink and went back to the store for it. I do get my food accurate, both hot and fresh out of the oven. My drivers know how to find my location now than they did last Fall when Google maps had it wrong. The drivers are friendly and I never had to call the store for any complaints. The pizza melts are very good but the all Meat flavor is what I generally order. I still like Domino's but Pizza Hut has a $10.99 large 3 topping pizza that is $2.00 cheaper, Also Pizza lets you order 4 drinks on a deal any time you want. I have been getting hot and fresh food and cold Pepsi. The bread sticks can get cold fast but are delivered warm. Pizza Hut does use Door Dash to make deliveries when they are needed.
