Loved this shop and bought many pieces from it. Brought in earring (bought from the store) for repair. They told me I could pick them up in 2 weeks. It took calling +6 times, being told they would call me back (they did once). After 7 weeks of waiting they hadn’t touched them and surprised me with additional costs we never discussed. I was fine with paying for the restring of the beads on the earring but wish they would have mentioned it when I dropped them off.
