I bought a fanny pack back in 2019 that I’ve used almost daily since then—can’t say enough good things about it. When I emailed a couple weeks ago to ask if I could pay to have the bungee cord that’s worn down on it fixed, Adam told me he’d do it free of charge. Talk about excellent customer service!
