I recently visited Fraser valley Hotdogs, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Let me break down the issues I encountered: Lackluster Service: The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. When I asked about the menu options, they barely glanced up from their phones. It’s as if they’d rather be anywhere else. Cold Hot Dogs: I ordered a chicago dog, expecting a warm, juicy treat. Instead, I received a lukewarm, rubbery mess. When I politely mentioned it, the cashier shrugged and said, “That’s how they come.” Dirty Dining Area: The tables were sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. I get it—it’s fast food—but basic cleanliness matters. Indifferent Attitude: When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager’s response was lackadaisical. No apology, no attempt to make things right. Just a half-hearted nod. Long Wait Times: Even though there were only a few customers, my order took ages. I watched as the staff chatted among themselves while my hunger grew. Overall, this place needs a serious customer service overhaul. If you’re craving a hot dog, I recommend...
Read moreI love a good all beef hotdog, but creating fun concoctions should not be so overpriced. No way should anyone have to pay nearly $100 for six hot dogs (two with just ketchup), three fries, three waters, and two hot chocolates the size of a rocks glass. Holy highway robbery! I get people will pay those prices, because they can. Some of us travelers, not so much. The hotdog it's self was good, but the toppings did not take it over the top as most describe. (Had the Chaney dog, minus ranch). And service, well I think if the young girl would have smiled, it may have killed her. Zero personality, definitely not customer service material, maybe a cubicle doing data entry all day would be a better fit. This place is overrated and too much hype...
Read moreHad a carrot dog and fries for $17.5. A bit expensive in my eyes. Fries were good. Carrot dog was edible. Food overall average. Low rating due to long wait to even order and get food. Seems like the business is a bit stingy. You have to ask for ketchup which the one girl at the counter taking orders has to get which slows down orders more. They also up charge for using a credit card which is kinda yikes for 2024. Just build that fee into your business costs. I asked and they said it is a 3.9% up charge to use credit card which is higher than anything they are paying on their end. Overall average place, probably below average for this kind of hot dog joint, and think the business could...
