Arhaus — Local services in Winter Park

spent over 50k at this place and told them i only wanted items that were in stock and coould be delivered quickly was told i did pick those first delivery last week (when I was told my entire order would be delivered) showed up with approximately half the items The coffee table base was broken and the dining table top was cracked in half they just came for another delivery today and brought only the stone top for the coffee table that they had on the truck last week - but not the base that was broken Also bought a sectional couch - they brought two right arm sections and no corner - no idea when that will come Also said one of the coffee tables I ordered would be July and two of the chairs that I ordered would be October becuase they have an issue with fabric Absolutely horrible experience Should have gone to rooms to go or some place like that

Update: Corporate reached out to me and helped resolve the remaining issues and did they best they could to rectify the situation. I am very happy with the look and quality of all the items purchased. Will probably give them another chance when I need...

Wonderful experience, for my first time visiting this new store Jeffrey The store manager was amazing!!!!!! He was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and an overall gentleman. He was gracious and attentive to my questions needs and concerns. I was visiting this store for the first time ever and was warmly greeted by Jeffrey, little did I know that he was the store manager, what a wonderful person the store manager is, there were so many shoppers that all of the associates were busy with customers and so The store manager himself helped me. In addition to the store manager assisting me, his assistant manager Luis offered me a water and even offered coffee. I will most definitely be coming back to shop here. I have never in my life felt so welcome in a store. I wish I could rate 10 Stars because Jeffrey, Luis and that beautiful store deserve it, so much great energy and beauty I knew Arhaus was a high end Furniture store, but this is what excellent customer service and attention to detail is all about....

Beautiful store but customer service was beyond terrible. I’m an interior designer, and besides quality the second thing I look for is good service. Went in for a piece of art I saw online, but if I’m dropping a few thousand on a piece of art, it has to be accompanied by good service. Very disappointing as I shop Arthaus online often and I thought having the store locally would be so convenient and great. I can honestly say I’ll never go there again. I walked in, no greeting. The employees were sitting at a table in center of the store chatting. I walked the entire space, literally right by them, and not until I was on my way out did one person say good afternoon. I went in ready to buy. And desperately needed the piece I went there for. But felt so ignored and judged at the same time. Total “Pretty Women” you’re not good enough vibes. Sad. Not sure how long they’ll last. If they’re counting on the old money of Winter Park, they’ll be unpleasantly surprised to know that Winter Park...
