Free People — Local services in Winter Park

I’m surprised corporate hasn’t intervened at this location due to their horrendous lack of customer service and rudeness. The employees here are the worst I have ever come across in retail, and that is saying ALOT! You walk in and are blatantly ignored. It’s almost as though they enjoy ignoring you. I’ve seen customers carrying around arm fulls of clothing and not being assisted. I basically will visit this location, browse for what I like and just buy online. Hoping corporate will see the reviews and either attempt training these people and their management or clean house all together with people who actually like to work and...

Every time I have been to this location the staff is uninterested in helping or acknowledging customers, not just me but anyone in the store. They spend more time chatting in the back at the registers than assisting anyone on the floor. When I do ask for assistance, they seem annoyed and unapproachable. This will be the last time I visit this location, Disney Spring location is wonderful! Super helpful, kind and they go out of their way to help and chat. I'm I am someone who literally never posts negative reviews but I think this needs to be addressed at this location. I mean, the store is expensive...

I'm not a huge shopper but I go here often with my wife as she loves the brand! I love coming here though because the team that works here are very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location in winter park which is a bonus. If you like free people or have a spouse that does this is the one to go. Disney springs location isn't worth the trip so I highly recommend going to this location. Even though it's smaller in size they can order you anything you need and the team here is super helpful.
