As a woman in her sixties, getting facials, skin treatments, tox, etc. had never been on my “to do” list. As luck would have it, my husband & I were invited to the SkinLab anniversary party in Winter Park where I met Liz Pain. Liz is a licensed Aesthetician/Injector, who’s been perfecting her craft with over 20 years of beautiful results. I was so intrigued & impressed that evening (the SkinLab studio & treatment rooms were immaculate & welcoming as well) that I booked an appt with Liz right away.

The knowledge, expertise & professionalism that I experienced with Liz (& the entire staff at SkinLab) during my appt was phenomenal. Liz put me right at ease, so friendly, caring, explaining everything as she worked her way thru my session, answering all my questions especially since I was a newbie getting my first professional Botox injection. The one request I had was I wanted to look rested & refreshed (not a frozen face as I’d seen on so many other people in public). Mission accomplished!

I followed up a few weeks later with a hydration facial with Tay, which was sublime. I was mentally transported after an hour of zen relaxation, the SkinCeutical serums and lotions, steam and warm towels delicately enveloping my face, décolleté, arms & hands. I thought to myself THIS is what self-care feels like! How could I’ve gone so long without it!! I left my appt looking and feeling radiant.

I’ve been seeing Liz for nearly 10 years now, and I genuinely cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my face. She is that good. I actually followed her to this location because she’s just unmatched in her skill, bedside manner, and the way she makes the whole Dysport process painless and easy. Even when I have a little bruising (which is just how my skin reacts), it’s nothing to do with her—she’s always precise, gentle, and makes me feel completely at ease. She’s now even doing my sister’s treatments, so it’s officially a family affair.

And I have to give a very special shout-out to Johanna, the lead receptionist and true MVP of the day. Due to some last-minute childcare issues, I had to bring my toddler, Beckett, with me to my appointment. I was a little nervous about him watching injections, but Johanna went way above and beyond—she literally got on the floor and assembled his Hot Wheels roller coaster and played with him while I was in the chair. That kind of kindness and care is so rare, and I will never forget it.

Yes, it’s a little pricey—but it is worth every single penny for the level of care, professionalism, and genuine warmth I receive. I always leave knowing I’ve been treated like family. So grateful for this amazing team! I would give a million...

I’m currently 37 and constantly get told I look like I’m 28! She is wonderful. An absolute angel. What I love most about Liz is that she never pushes something you don’t need. As a matter of fact, there have been times I’ve wanted something and she directs me otherwise! I’ve never been disappointed. She’s so professional but also just so sweet and personable. This office cares about PEOPLE rather than it just being about the bottom line.

It’s amazing to see her thriving alongside The Hartogs! I’ve been so grateful for this team for years now and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. This is an amazing location in winter park village. It’s the cutest and trendy office but don’t let the cuteness fool you… this place packs a punch! It’s the real deal.

I’ve done RF Microneedling here most recently and the results were absolutely wonderful. I also get my Botox done here with Liz and I’ve never had a bad treatment. Again, she does just enough. I also love the skincueticals products and can trust the quality here!
