i had placed an order to be shipped in person since they did not have the item in stock in store and i was looking for a specific bday gift for my niece. they had me manually type my address and contact info and stated since it was friday it would be shipped from their warehouse the following monday and on that monday i would receive tracking info. monday came and left with no contact i gave it a couple more days before reaching out to inquire. they replaced and stated they had NO RECORD of my order nor did the store associates remember placing the order, after some back and forth where i once again had to provide my contact info and address they stated they would reach back out on the following monday once again with a tracking number, at this point it had been a week since placing the order and i had not even been notified of whether or not they had the order. Very frustrating seeing as this was supposed to be a birthday gift, and will now not arrive in time. I have since been sent a tracking number, albeit one that only states the label was created not been dropped off at the post office yet so we shall see if it truly arrives! As for the store i’ve been inside a handful of times and the staff are very kind, even if not the most competent people. Decent pricing for the winter park area but i highly recommend only buying from the stock within the store and not having things shipped, there was also only one of my specific item left in stock so truthfully i will be more surprised if it arrives than not!...

I don't write reviews often, however I think the service I received from Maison Baby and Kids is worth mentioning because it was exceptional. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim who went far beyond what a normal human being would do to help a complete stranger. I was in search of a particular stuffed animal for my newphew as a Christmas gift. It was not in stock in store, but Kim went the extra million miles and contacted the warehouse and found it for me! Not only that, she ensured that I got it on time by letting me pick it up straight from the warehouse so I could ensure I'd have it in time for Christmas. On top of that, when I subsequently got lost on my way to the warehouse, Kim stayed on the phone with me giving me assistance and directions, WHILE STILL helping customers in the store. Just outstanding! My nephew loved the present and, to be honest, the second stuffed toy I purchased was adorable and soft enough I am considering ordering another for a friend. I write this review without ever having set foot in the store, which I will do soon, but if service and products are that good just over the phone, I imagine it is even better in person. Incredible. Exceptional Service and Genuine Kindness

We recently traveled from Buffalo to Orlando, and unfortunately, a part of our stroller was lost by the airline. In a moment of stress, we called this store late at night, and to our surprise, the owner answered. She went above and beyond, her husband even went to their warehouse after hours just to get the part we needed, ensuring we could enjoy our day at Disney with both of our daughters in the same stroller.

When we arrived at the shop, we were greeted by the warmest, most energetic, and passionate owner. She truly cares about her customers, and her boutique is absolutely stunning, one of the best I’ve ever seen! The level of care, kindness, and engagement she shows is unmatched.

This was not just a shopping experience; it was an act of genuine kindness that made our trip so much better. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend supporting this wonderful business and the amazing person behind it.
