I've never been so compelled to hurry up and write a review, however, I could not wait to share this experience!

My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade our queen bed to a king. As you can imagine, this not only required a new mattress but an entire new bedroom suite. I suffer from chronic back pain so finding the perfect mattress was so important for us! We had been doing a lot of research on Numbered bed options since that was the type of bed we were coming from.

We made an appointment at Relax in comfort. The store was clean, inviting and had several options! The best part though is the staff. We were greeted by Don and Giovani. Giovani was truly awesome! He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and no pressure. Though we didn't purchase that same day, he was very communicative and answered all my additional questions via text, even on his day off! (I had quite a few. Lol)

We ended up purchasing the X10 Mattress with the Adjustable bases. The best part is, the adjustable base has removable legs which makes it compatible with any bed furniture we wanted. We didn't find this option anywhere else!

Giovani made the entire process so smooth and seamless. We handled everything over the phone and didn't have to travel back out to the store. We were in the store on a Sunday and finalized the purchase on Tuesday and (Its now Thursday) and I already have my new bed delivered, set up and can't wait to sleep in it tonight!!

(Special Thank you as well to Don for helping to expedite our delivery, our bedroom furniture wasn't schedule to arrive till May but got a call it would arrive this week and Giovani and team were able to ensure my new bed was delivered the same week, with new sheets and pillows!)

Lastly, I have to give a shout out to our Delivery team as well; Noah and Josh! You can tell they work for a great company. They both had smiles on their faces, positive attitudes and handled everything with care. They paid attention to detail in the entire delivery and set up process. I can't tell you how incredible the entire process working with Relax in comfort has been from start to finish from this entire team. Thank you again!!

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to Jackie Ricardo, Back & Sleep Care Specialist/Manager, The Grove at Isleworth, Windermere. Jackie was our sales representative at the Dulles Home Show, in Chantilly, VA, this past February 2019. The support Ms. Ricardo provided both at the Home Show and throughout the delivery process to find a suitable, timely, responsive solution for issues we identified for the product delivered was truly OUTSTANDING. We realized the defective product was an anomaly - those things happen. However, Jackie’s prompt attention in resolving our issue was impressive and greatly appreciated. In a world of people and companies lacking commitment and a sense of fairness and quality - she is an exception and a credit to her company and the products she represents.

Jackie’s focus and commitment to Quality and COMPLETE Customer satisfaction in every aspect of a purchase decision is something rarely experienced in today’s marketplace. The issues we experienced was with the quality of the product delivered, which was a significant investment, and required its replacement 2 times prior to getting a product that met our expectations and quality standard. Although the problem was outside of her personal control, because it was clearly a supplier/storage issue, she never pointed a figure to avoid responsibility for our satisfaction. Because of her dogged commitment to ensure our satisfaction in every aspect of this purchase – she personally took measures to go beyond all expectations to ensure the product delivered met our expectations and her promises. Jackie Ricardo defines EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and INTEGRITY.

Terrific Experience - Knowledgeable Staff I visited Relax in Comfort in Winter Park today to look at their adjustable base beds. I was not planning on buying today, but I did! The sales associate, Giovani was exceptional. He was patient, answered all my questions, showed me comparisons between their mattress/adjustable base verses competitors. Had no problem with me laying on the bed for as long as I wanted. He gave me his undivided attention. I was very impressed. I did come into the store having done some of my own homework before hand to compare prices, etc., but again, I was not planning on making the purchase...generally I want to walk out and think about things. I didn't feel like I had to here. I got all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend you visit the store and be sure to ask for Giovani. I also loved that this is still a family owned business since 1967. I can't wait to get the bed delivered.

I want to update my review. The bed has now been delivered and the individuals who delivered the bed were great. They set it up, took time to explain how to use it.

Once installed, I had a couple of minor issues and when I called the store to work them out, they went out of their way to get everything in order. To me that is the real evidence of a great company...their desire to make sure you are happy and resolve any issues you have.

I have now slept on the bed for a couple of days. Still getting used to what number is my best number for sleep, but it is easy to use and simple to change the pressure of the mattress. I love the adjustable base. I sometimes have acid reflux and the ability to raise my head a little really helps. I love it. Thanks again to all your staff.
