Lakeside and Lakeside Crossing — Local services in Winter Park

We came to Lakeside primarily to visit Trader Joe’s. The location itself is in a very popular, high-traffic area, and parking can be a real challenge. The lot is tight, and maneuvering a larger vehicle is difficult, especially during the busy afternoon hours when we visited. Expect a bit of patience to find a spot.

Once inside Trader Joe’s, the pace didn’t slow down — the store was bustling with shoppers. However, the energy was overwhelmingly positive. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting customers with smiles and offering help when needed. Even with the crowd, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and upbeat, which says a lot about their team and store culture.

Overall, if you can navigate the congested parking situation, you’ll be rewarded with great customer service and a cheerful shopping experience. I’d recommend visiting during off-peak hours if possible to make parking and shopping more...

Someone is going to be seriously injured coming out of that center the pompas grass umpeedes view of traffic... I've seen 3 accidents there... & Very Very dangerous for pedestrians because TraderJoe employees are NOT ALLOWED to park there...they have to park across 2792 & walk to work !!!!
