Nailed it Salon & Academy — Local services in Winter Park

Went to get extensions done. When I made the appointment it stated extensions short medium and long. I get to the appt and the lady asks if I wanted to try and put two extentions on two very short nails but that she thought it was better to wait. So I said okay no problem. After being there over an hour and a half I asked the lady if she was going to put the extensions on top of their natural nail treatment that was supposed to be strengthening the nails before they add the hard gel. She explained to me no she wasn’t putting extensions, so I said hold on the nail appointment I booked was for extensions. She says no I don’t do extensions. She says no, you booked a manicure I said no I booked extensions. I said hold on that makes no sense. You asked me in the beginning if I wanted you to put two extensions on two fingers that I had that were very very short or did we just wanna wait because my fingers hurt now you tell me you don’t do any extensions so then why was I asked in the beginning if I wanted to extensions. After the owner comes over to me and starts explaining to me that it’s in my hands is what she kept repeating. It’s in your hands. I am here for a dance competition the after my visit. I messaged her in instagram back in Philadelphia, PA and she responded in a second. I went to get my nails done for the first time at Luxy & Beauty and I could not be any happier. I been trying to book with Lina for quite a while, but she's always booked. That's how you know when someone is really good! Let's start with the place... location is on point!
