It was my first time being a member and ordering with the Panera application. I'm just got a promotion from an American Express business credit card to subscribe to be a member, but this store gave me a terrible experience. After I used the publicity to order, I did not need to pay for this order. The application showed me that my order was ready in a couple of minutes. I went to the store for pick up, and they said they didn't see my order in the system. Okay, I understand sometimes the system can be an error or something. I asked the server for a check on my order, but they denied doing that, only saying They didn't know, they didn't see that, and during that time, the store was busy. Okay, I understand that situation because I have a business too. Then I got back home and call to that store later because I wanted to know what was going on with my order. They said, "OKAY, YOU DIDN'T GET YOUR ORDER, RIGHT? I WILL CANCEL IT. IT WAS ZERO DOLLARS ANYWAY," she said severely; I felt it didn't sound fitting and uncomfortable. That is why you didn't make the order for me. There is the way you run the business treat well with a customer who pays fifty dollars and up or something—it that my mistake to use the promo and pay zero, or because I am an Asian, that is why you treat me that. I won't blame the company, but it was her personality. She is resistant to country and religion. The company should think that the company should have a negative attitude like her in-service settings. P.S. All of the one-star reviews talks about one person's personality, and I don't want anything besides letting the company know their...

Furthermore, I was then told that I was trespassed from the restaurant quite some time after by a young, Hispanic man as he was preparing for opening time with his co-workers. He informed me that I was trespassed. Another time, an African-American woman refused to provide information regarding this topic. I asked her to call a Winter Park Police official to no avail. No one seemed to answer her phone call.
The Winter Park Police Department failed to corroborate the story behind my supposed trespass notice from Panera Bread on Park Avenue. No report was provided by the Winter Park Police Department when asked for every trespass warning provided to me. How interesting is...
Read moreIts Panera. If you've been you know the food, it's all the same. The girls at the register are so sweet and always helpful with menu questions. BUT there is a woman with glasses who works by the food pick up area who is so unbelievably rude. Never smiles and she has direct contact with the customers. When I go I always order extra bread because I get a large soup. When I pick up my bag I check because hey, I paid for it. Once my extra piece was missing and I brought it to her attention and she slapped it down on the counter on a napkin (not exaggerating) and said "here." No apology or anything. On a different occasion I asked for an extra piece (the two in the bag were pitifully small for a large soup) and she looked me dead in the eyes and said "really? There is already two in there." I guess I completely forgot she was counting carbs for me. Like seriously?! Its BREAD. I pay...
