I’ve known Ben and he’s been my jeweler for over 15 years . Last year in June I purchased an Engagement ring from him and his Son (Who is completely unprofessional and has zero respect). The ring was almost 6 thousand all together. I was assured multiple times that if I ever wanted to exchange it for another ring or other jewelry I’d have a credit with them of 4 thousand at his store. I came back last Wednesday and wanted to exchange for different Jewerly . Naturally I believed what Ben told me literally a year ago that he’d honor what he told me due to our history. He said “my son will take care of it when he comes back from the store, leave it here.” So, I left it and received a couple hours later a 2 thousand dollar credit toward the store from his Son. 2 THOUSAND!!! I texted Ben and his son multiple times, they really decided to throw me out to the street “Go to other jeweler’s” I went back to talk with them and they were not interested at all, got the ring and barely said a word to me. Ben repeated “go to other jeweler, price went down on Diamonds.” By over double?! Really?! He then gave me back the ring and mumbled some curses in his own language as he walked away. Ben used to be a good guy when he ran his store in East Brunswick. Now he’s completely not in this business to have long term relationships with clients, he’s here to just grab your money and not honor any agreements made. They both are complete SCAM artist . DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Their services are a front. Their honor is non existent....

Gabe and his father Ben, along with their coworker Alex were nothing short of phenomenal. I was looking for an engagement ring and my mom told me she’s been going to Ben for years. I went in and was met with his son Gabe who was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He made a custom ring for my fiancés engagement ring and it came out perfect. He is currently making a wedding band which is also customized (using diamonds from my great grandmother) and I know it will be great.

They were always kind to my fiancé and I, cleaning our jewelry when we came to visit to try on rings. They were patient with my fiancé as she tried on many rings and had many questions, along with myself!

Their prices are great. As someone who lives off a teachers salary, price is a huge factor in any purchase.
