I was referred to Madleen Jewelers by a good friend to look for an engagement ring. When I showed up, I was received warmly by Simon and his colleagues. They asked all the right questions, what does she like, my budget, my knowledge of diamonds, ring color and many more. This helped me because they gave me a crash course on diamonds to better understand what I was looking at and how to gauge it.

We spent a few hours looking for a setting and the right stone, these guys were so helpful and patient. We finally found the right ring and diamond and they had it ready while I waited, what an amazing ring! My fiancé was in love with it after I proposed and she said yes.

I’ve since recommended Madleen Jewelers to multiple friends and family that have purchased from them and they also love the service and family feel you get when you are there! Which is why we are all now repeat customers.

These guys deserve your business more than any other jeweler at the Woodbridge exchange. They are very caring and attentive to your needs. This review was originally made a few months ago but google does not allow you to make two reviews so I’m adding to it because I just left Madleens 10 minutes ago with my second purchase with another happy experience. I bought two new pairs of earrings with a picture below. Mathew, Simon, and Oscar were all very patient and so helpful throughout my time there.
