I came across this beautiful ring on Etsy that I had wanted to purchase, but I hardly ever purchase jewelry from vendors online due to the complications that come with it. I had visited the Jewelry Exchange in hopes of finding something similar; it almost seemed like I was out of luck as nobody held anything that caught my eye.

When I had stopped by Elizabeth Jewelry, I had mentioned that I was looking for a specific ring design. To my surprise, they had explained they do custom ring orders and would be able to make the piece of jewelry I had in mind. When I managed to find a picture of the ring, the jewelers worked with me to map specifications for a ring that looked exactly like the reference image.

The ring that I had actually received looked even better than what was referenced from Etsy and cost nearly half the price. When we came in we didn’t know exactly what we were we stopped at many stands but mostly just seemed to try sell you something. Each one has the best selection in the store as they claimed.

We did not find a ring for my wife immediately but we found one online and he kept asking us what we were looking for or wanted. She showed him a ring online was able to beautifully craft a better version of what we found with better quality diamonds and a very unique look. We were more than thrilled with the end product. I strongly recommend this stand based on the excellent communication and the will to solve a customers problem with comfort instead of pushy sales tactics.
