Everybody at Haniken Jewelers especially Brian are welcoming, friendly and ready to help you with anything you are looking for. I went there looking for a engagement ring and after looking at other places and looking at countless other rings I knew the second I saw the ring it was the one I wanted, me being a person that second guesses himself all the time I told them that I am going to look at other places before I made my choice. After giving it some thought I decided to go and buy the ring that they showed me a couple of days before, when I showed up to look at the ring they still knew me by my name and remembered the exact ring I wanted and actually put it on the side so nobody could pick that ring while I was still making my decision. When I purchased the ring and was going to have it sized I initially told them the wrong ring size and called in a rush to make sure they get the right size, they made sure I felt relaxed and sure about the size even going as far as asking why did I think the other size just to make sure I wasn't confusing any of the sizes. During all that hectic process of making sure I got the perfect ring and diamond to go with it they made me feel confident in the ring that I chose and made ring shopping easier. I picked up the ring yesterday and let me tell you it's beautiful, I know she's going to love it. I can't express enough how amazing the family is at Haniken Jewelers. I used them almost 2 years ago for my wedding band and Alex was very helpful. He helped me pick out the most beautiful band and made the experience stress-free. I just went back to make some changes to my engagement ring and although I was overwhelmed and anxious to make a decision, each and every one of them were patient with me. Alex helped me the first day I went and showed me a couple options. I then return several times after that overwhelmed to make a decision. Brian, Mike and Freddy were very understanding of my indecisiveness and made me feel very comfortable. They let me take as much time as I needed to make a decision and never once made me feel like they were trying to make a sale from me or lead me in a direction they felt was best for their business. They are a family business and know how to treat their customers. After going there 4 times in one week, I left with the most perfect ring. I went to Haniken on the referral of a friend of mine when I was looking to choose a wedding band for my wife. When I walked in, I was greeted and then asked what I thought my wife would like, and what I had in mind for a ring. After answering a few questions I was presented with about 20-30 rings to choose from. I was almost overwhelmed by their selection of rings, as they carry literally any type of ring you could think of. I spent a good bit of time looking at ones that I thought she would like best, at my own pace. I was very happy that although the salesman was making suggestions, he was not pushy. I made my selection, and was extremely pleased with the price. I saved several hundred dollars off what was listed, and even had it within my budget to pick her up a nice gift for Christmas as well. I would recommend Haniken to anyone who is looking to pick up a piece of jewelry, and not have a chess match with a jewelry shop in terms of quality or price.
