My iPhone had an issue with the power button. It wasn’t responding when I was trying to turn off the screen. I had to rely on the home button to turn on the phone. I even had trouble taking screen shots. Eventually, I called the person for a repair. He said it’ll cost about $60 plus tax (no worries for that much). I came to the place and showed him the phone. He eventually said he can fix it. The only downturn is the repair can take a long time (I had to go to get food for a while when he was fixing the phone, that’s a different story, that’s on me because I was kinda hungry, but that went ok), but it was an iPhone, and putting the pieces back together would be like reassembling a 1000 piece puzzle, and to make sure nothing else gets messed up in the process. That’s understandable why the repair can take long. Overall, I was satisfied. Before the payment, I double checked the power power button and the home button. I even tested the phone for screenshots. It was overall worth it in the end. The person was friendly and honest. And I got a phone holster for about $10, very good. We had some friendly conversations as he was fixing the phone. So overall, despite of waiting a long time for the phone to be fixed, this place earns my 5-star rating.
To the repair person, Thank you very much. I hope this pandemic is over soon! Stay safe and be well!

Read moreI searched everywhere to have my daughter’s Nintendo Switch fixed and her tablet. The tablet was easy, anyone could do it, but after meeting with the manager I found that in fact my tablet did not need to be fixed. I was using a cheap Walgreens charging cord and it was the problem, not the tablet. This evaluation cost me nothing and the charger I purchased from the store has worked amazingly well. The Nintendo Switch no one would take on I called THE FIX on a whim and to my great surprise he was willing to take in the task and succeeded in fixing the Nintendo Switch which it turns out only needed a new battery. The gentleman did this in a timely manner and was really budget friendly. I would recommend him to anyone and while I don’t look forward to my next technological mishap I feel more comfortable that when it comes I know exactly where to go to...
Read moreI took my son to get his phone repair after the screen cracked. We were informed that there would be a 3 month warranty coverage in the event of any malfunction or issues relating to the device’s performance. Less than one week after the repair was done, the phone started malfunctioning, the audio stopped working, unable to make and receive calls, apps opening without being prompted to open and a host of other issues. Then the cheap replacement screen cracked despite a solid case and screen protector. We tried calling the owner but no answer. We eventually went back to the store and the con artist owner refused to repair without charging us another ridiculous fee despite the 3 month warranty. DO NOT GO HERE. This guy doesn’t have a clue and is a total scammer. He won’t be in business much longer. We will be reaching out to the Better Business...
