I know, I know, it's Starbucks, why bother with a review; but, I wanted to give a shout out to the morning crew at this location. This is my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast before work. I only drive in to the office two days a week, but both days, this is where I go before my stupid-long drive. I typically place a mobile order so I can just run in and grab it quickly. This place does get busy, but mobile orders get a little priority. I hardly ever have to actually wait in the store. My order is typically ready and waiting for me when I get there. I've never had a problem with my order in all the time I've been coming here. Sometimes I do customize my order on the app and become a little ridiculous, but they've never once made a mistake, which is just amazing. Also, I love every single little thing about coffee, except the caffeine. I can't have any caffeine. I am too sensitive to it, so yes, I drink everything decaf. I never had an experience from here where I took my drink, got on the road, had a few sips, and immediately felt my heart pounding and breath catching. So I seriously thank them for that. Other places have ignored my decaf request in the past, which forced me to have to pull over and in a few cases either go back home to recoup or call 911 because I could not breathe and did not want to be on the side of a major highway if I passed out. Read moreTerrible experience at this Starbucks location. I went in to order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with no whipped cream. I watched the barista make the drink with whipped cream anyway. When I received it, I politely told her I had requested no whip. She remade the drink but with attitude and handed me a cup that tasted like nothing but milk, caramel, and crunch.
I explained that the original drink was actually made correctly, except for the whipped cream. She made a third version, again with visible frustration, and this time it tasted like nothing but ice. Throughout this interaction, the manager stood nearby and said nothing.
Frustrated after three poorly made drinks and poor customer service, I requested a refund. The person at the register asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. To my surprise, they pointed to the same manager who had watched the situation unfold without stepping in or offering an apology.
The manager simply said she could remake the drink, no apology, no acknowledgment of the poor service. This was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and sadly, it’s not the first time I’ve had issues at this...
Read moreI usually love Starbucks, but today’s visit was disappointing. When I tried to place my order, the barista walked away mid-conversation. The manager stepped in, but seemed distracted — I had to repeat my order three times even though the store wasn’t busy.
When I finally received my drink, it was the worst version I’ve ever had (and I’m a Starbucks regular who orders this drink often). I went back to ask for a remake, but the manager ignored me at first until the barista came over. When I explained that the drink didn’t taste right, the barista said they would just make it the same way, which felt dismissive. The manager did eventually authorize a remake, but instead of offering another solution or making it himself, he walked away.
