I’ve always loved shopping at this store, but what happened this time left me completely shocked. While I was in the fitting room trying on pants and a shirt, my 19-year-old daughter, who was just helping me pick out a few more things to try, was approached by one of the store associates. Out of nowhere, the associate told her she shouldn’t be touching anything if she wasn’t going to buy it. I can’t even begin to describe how deeply hurtful and unnecessary that comment was. I had such a great experience when I visited this store! The two associates, Lizbeth and Amethyst were amazing! My dog chewed my favorite Loft headband and they helped me find the same one (not many left because it was on clearance). Then after, they helped me pick out several others that looked great. I wonder why this store is always empty, I know why because every time I visit this location nobody greets people and nobody is friendly.
