I have been a customer for almost ten years. i never had an issue until I was financially unable to purchase a new pair of hearing aids. They said they would fix my old ones so I can hear. It has been over a month and I still have not received my hearing aid back. They are avoiding my phone calls. When i did get though they told me it was still being repaired. It is very difficult to hear with only one hearing aid
I received a call on Friday from Mr. Shelly Schwartz whom I have always dealt with. He called me and assured me there was a misunderstanding and they was ready. i have to call and make an appointment. to pick them up.
