My husband and I stopped by at this store today 01/06/24 to pick-up a tote insert that I called earlier in the day to be put on hold. I also want to peruse inside the store and I saw a small canvas purse with kittens on it, I believe it's the Lil Nas limited edition. I was able to find a store associate to inquire if they had it in a different color i.e. blue, green, or black. Another associate came by to also assist and offered to check the back of the store. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was sold out in-store and on-line, which with the holidays season that just came and went it made pragmatic sense. Total time spent in the store plus getting help from the two store floor associates was 20 minutes, which is not bad considering it's a Saturday afternoon. Kudos to the associate that answered the phone this morning and put both colors of the tote insert on hold for me (Sorry I don't remember your name), Kudos to the two store floor associates that helped looked for a different color of the Lil Nas small canvas kitten print, and Kudos to the cashier Veronica that rang my tote insert purchase today and for letting me try the tote insert to see if it fits inside my purse before paying for it. Additionally, Veronica answered my question if they have cat design/theme wallets in-store. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and they left a good impression on both me and my husband. We will definitely come back to shop here again. Keep up the awesome customer service!
The tote insert is well-made and built with a better quality than I expected. As for it being priced at $60.00 it has many compartments: 2 sleeve compartments for phone and earbuds case, 2 compartments for a small water bottle, prescription glasses case, or a small foldable umbrella, 1 large snap closure compartment that looks big enough to hold a small tablet, kindle, or a small thin laptop maybe 10 inches or less, 1 small/medium snap closure compartment to put your wallet in maybe a small or medium size wallet, and 1 small/medium closure compartment to hold feminine hygiene products, store receipts, small pill container, car & house keys. Read moreWent in here yesterday, 2/2/19, with the wife to exchange some things her mom got her for Christmas. We went to the register first, were told by the cashier that we had $X dollars of store credit, so we went off looking at bags and stuff. While shopping, we were approached by staff 6 times for help, 4 times being the same person. When we came back to the register to exchange items, we were then told by a different cashier that an exchange wouldn't be honored because the gifted items were past their 30 days from purchase return policy, which the manager informed us "is there to keep our styles up to date and so that someone doesn't return something they bought 7 years ago." After a little arguing, and retail tactics used when you don't really want to help someone, the manager conceded to returning the purse which she noted was 17 days past the allowed return date. She did not, however, honor the return of earrings and a wallet which were both still displayed on the sales floor, for sale (out of style?) and purchased only a few days before the item that was reluctantly accepted for return. On our way out of the door, we also witnessed a manager berate an employee in front of customers, as well as an employee being patted down and their belongings inspected by their security after getting off of her shift, in front of customers. It is usually awkward and unpleasant being in this kind of store for me in the first place and this impersonal experience certainly didn't help that. Read moreIf I could give this Coach Outlet a 0/5 I would. The first time I shopped at this place on 10/31/21 is to place an in-store order of a cat lanyard. Unfortunately, 4 days after I received an email from Nicole stating that my order was cancelled and, since a debit card was used in store that I needed to come in -person to process the refund. We drove 45 minutes from Newberg on 11/06/21, so they can process my refund during business hours and the store was closed, even though on their website it said they were open. I called Coach Outlet customer service to explain what happened and if they could refund me my money back. Summary I called three times within a span of 2 weeks and it hasn't been resolved. I called Coach Outlet Woodburn for two weeks nobody was answering the phone. In fact, I called today at 11:05 am and the phone just kept ringing. I called Coach Outlet call center customer service today explaining to the associate my frustration and she told me that her manager said I never got charged, so they are not going to refund me the money. Even though, I told the customer service associate verbatim the email I received from Nicole (Coach Outlet Woodburn associate), she kept insisting I never got charged when there is an actual charge on my debit.
