Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Woodburn

I don't know who they think they're fooling. I ordered the fudge. It was wet and sticky. I ordered the dubai chocolate bar. It was tiny. For $15 you think you would get a normal candy bar, especially with the photo being of a normal looking bar. Probably about half the size. The filling doesn't even taste like pistachios at all and there's hardly any in it. They went out of business in Salem and in my opinion they deserve to go out of business here as well.

Since the owner has to be snide: I ordered on two separate occasions. The defensiveness when you're trying to scam people with a picture that shows a totally different and obviously larger bar than what you sell is gross. As is the flavorless, greasy filling in...

EXCEPTIONAL! First, visit this place, just to enjoy the smells! Second, the employees are the sweetest, Aundrea and Alana didn't rush us. They answered all our questions. There were 4 of us, and we asked one right after another. Both employees seemed to love their job. They thanked us for our purchase and asked us to come again. The ONLY concern we have are the prices. They are a bit high. However, when you receive customer service like we did from Aundrea and Alana, you will walk out feeling good about your choices. Staff was friendly and helpful limited amount of waiting for the staff. The chocolate was disappointing. Chocolate caramel was a hard extremely sticky caramel that was so dried out with lackluster caramel flavor. Dark chocolate truffle was a decent melting chocolate with decent flavor.
