We saw this place walking around the outlets and when we got a coupon in the mail for a free American cheeseburger, finally decided to try it. There weren’t any vegetarian burger options so my girlfriend got the Mac n Cheese while I got the burger. We also ordered the S’more milkshake. When ordering, the cashier told us they were out of vanilla ice cream so we ordered it with chocolate instead. She then told us they didn’t have whipped cream either, which we said was fine. After we paid, she came to the table and told us they were out of graham crackers and gave us a whoopie pie like cookie on the side with our milkshake. We were disappointed as the milkshake did not look anything like the picture despite paying for a specialty shake, however, it still tasted good. The burger was okay, but nothing special. I had an amazing experience at Bum Burger in Woodburn, Oregon! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure that I felt right at home. They took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations.

The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. I highly recommend Bum Burger to anyone looking for fantastic burgers and outstanding customer service. I can't...

At first it was a little awkward, as we came right at break time so there was only one person cooking and taking orders, but we are patient. Christian did an awesome job of busting out his first order and helping us as quickly as he could. He was very kind and even helped my wife when we accidentally miscommunicated a mild allergy. He made us feel very welcome. The food was exactly as advertised: Big, Ugly, and Messy. It was also delicious. A little spendy, but everywhere is anymore and here was at least worth the price. Highly recommend trying it out if you're...
