The gal sold me the last of a so called discontinued lamp today. She didn't have a boxed NEW ONE after she checked to see if there were some lamps in the back. It was a super dusty floor model . once I carried it to my car and saw scratches/dust (today)is when I had a issue.I said I liked it and wanted it and She swooped it up in one second. When I put it in my car and seen all the dust and scratches I went back in to ask about "/out of box discount" most stores offer. She said " we don't do that and its discontinued" Sometimes you dont want to argue and I was in a rush. More of a reason to discount the item if its in fact the floor model and disxontinued ! . I added pics just now and you can see where the lamp has been screwed and unscrewed and scratches . (I never unscrewed the lamp it came half assembled) The pics are after I cleaned it mostly. She Did everything with the lamp when I was browsing the store so I didn't see details...

I never knew this store existed! It is a very fun store to go into and look around. Their prices are at a good price point. I didn't fall over when looking at the price on something!!! I'll definitely go back now that I know I can afford to go in there. The staff was very accommodating as I received a phone call upon checking out. I usually NEVER answer my phone while in a check out lane. That's rude as hell. However, it was my vet calling about my dog, so I had to take the call. I did complete my transaction and move out of the way so I didn't bother anyone else, but I was still standing near the checkout taking notes because I had bought a big Christmas spray for my mother and have a cast on my right hand. Alot of information, I know, but if you knew me, there are so many ways that could have gone wrong!!!

I was nervous walking in when there were was no one else in the store. Was hoping to not be harassed by employees. Well that was not an issue, the employee went out of her way to avoid my daughter and I. She completely ignored our existence and would move to the other side of the store if we started to even get close to her. Then she started vacuuming the store, it was over an hour before they closed, but that was so rude, clearly we were not welcome there, and based on the other reviews I guess no one is welcome there. Will not be back, and will make sure to tell...
