LOFT — Local services in Woodbury

I went in last week and told a worker how much I appreciated that they were still requiring masks and I could tell that she was just tired as she told me they're doing they're best. She told me some people still refuse and that she would appreciate if I told corporate my thoughts. I didn't think much of it until i came to google and saw a nasty review someone left. I honestly didn't expect to see a review like the one I saw here from someone who was upset that she was asked to put a mask on when there are signs that clearly state you MUST wear a mask. Don't like it, don't go there??? I can't imagine what it's been like working in retail the past year and constantly have to worry about the hundreds of people they come face to face with every week and whether or not they might have covid. The girls at this store are very sweet, are always running around working hard and when I went in again today, they made me feel welcome. Strange how that happens when you treat them like human beings worthy of respect. I would definitely recommend this store to any of my friends. Keep up the good work, ladies! Absolutely Insulting experience. I just came out of the store(06/28/2020 at 4:30pm) in Woodbury and had the WORST experience at a Loft store ever. I am a Loyal/Regular customer of Loft and came in for Returns and Pickup of my online purchases especially under current circumstances. The ladies at the customer counter were not really helpful and had an attitude issue right from start. They spoke and pretended as if they were doing charity while assisting me. There were some issues in finding the order details which I tried my best to get fixed at the earliest. However, I understood they must have gotten tired after trying to fix things up (Only 50% of my issues were resolved).(please note they were nice to another customer standing right beside me). So, I thanked them for their help and started to get out of the store only to hear them talking behind my back how much trouble I had caused them. I was appalled and really frustrated with their behavior. I have shopped at the same store earlier too but would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND anyone to visit this one in particular. I visited Loft today and was assisted by a lady name Sue. She was fantastic. As soon as she saw items in my hand, she got a fitting room and brought them back for me. She checked in on me multiple times, bringing the items back to the room so my hands were not full. When I walked back to my room, she opened my door for me and I saw how nicely she had arranged my items. She gave recommendations, helped me find new sizes and informed me about online options as well....
