Update: Came back today to see if any progress had been made. Short Answer - Nope.
Been standing in line for 15 minutes. Same group of people have been standing and waiting for the same amount of time.
I’ve dropped this location from 2 stars to 1 star. This location NEEDS IMPROVEMENT or New Management.
I might make another review, just to try and show Crumbl that this location is struggling.
Old Review: I really enjoy these cookies, but unfortunately this location does not receive high marks. There’s always a line, Which is usually a good sign, but I believe it’s not because of demand. Instead, It always seems like there’s chaos, and confusion where the workers are setting up orders. Frankly, it just takes too long for this location to get orders out. They need to expedite their orders faster, and learn how to quickly get their product out.
I’ve been to multiple versions of the Crumbl stores, and I’ve never seen anyone have such issues with Dealing with orders as this location. (In fact, I’ve rarely seen a line at other locations. They usually have the cookie ready to go within a minute)
I once asked one of their workers about a problem with an order, because they always ask When you pick up an order: they check with you about the cookies to make sure they’re all right. When there is a problem, they don’t know what to do. The worker just kind of looked at me, and said “ I dunno” I just took my cookie and went out, even though I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my order.
If you’re going to ask the question, make sure that you At least have a process so that it folks have a problem, you can address it.
In addition I’ve been there a few times over the past two months, and there’s always one POS that is always broken, meaning that there is only one machine that is clearly visible and usable.
The cookies are exactly the same at every location, and they are high-quality, Which is why I go. That leads me to believe that The problem is this location, and the speed/efficacy of the workers.
The two stars are for the quality of the cookie, ( the cookies are 5 stars TBH) which you do get, but you’ll be waiting for quite a while at this location. Not because of quality, not because of demand, but because they have issues...
Read moreI was there on Saturday, June 29, 2024 @ approximately 7:30 pm. There was one other customer in the store when we arrived. The store looked well used and definitely was in need of a good clean. We were not greeted when we came in, despite the fact that at least 4 employees were aimlessly milling about. We placed our order on the provided screen. Finally, an employee who was prepping cookies approached the register to take our cash payment with her gloves on. She then went back to prep the cookies with, I believe, the same glove. We waited several minutes before they announced our order was ready. We did not view the order in the store (our mistake) and the employee did not display the cookies as they normally do in the Hudson store. When we arrived home, we discovered that our order was wrong. I called the store, and after confirming that the mistake was not ours( we ordered correctly) I asked for a refund because I do not like nor did I want a $5.00 peanut butter and jelly cookie. The woman I spoke to seemed completely flustered by my request, even though the recorded message provided an option for refund/ complaint as a basis to talk to someone. She told me I would have to talk to someone else, and a very rude man got on the phone and told me since I paid cash for my order, he would not be able to issue a refund. When I questioned his reasoning, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back no one answered the phone. I did leave a message asking for a call back in order to discuss the situation, and now three days later, no one has returned my call. I am very disappointed with the customer service received and will not be returning to this location. It is extremely apparent that the Woodbury Crumbl does not value it’s customers nor do they provide customer service training to it’s employees. In my humble opinion , I would strongly encourage the residents of Woodbury to seek out one of the many other treat options in the area where you are valued and treated with respect and stay far away...
Read moreIf I could give a negative 5, I would. Hands down, THE WORST and RUDEST service I have ever received at ANY place of business in my entire life. I stopped in to pick up an order placed in advance. My friend had placed the order and was having trouble over the phone with the people at the store getting this order delivered. I volunteered to swing by and just pick up the order for her and deliver it myself; she warned me in advance that I may encounter difficulties given her experience over the telephone. Upon entering the store, there was not one worker in view to service customers. This went on for several minutes. I caught sight of an older woman who appeared to be in the baking department. She would not look up or flag any other worker who may be in the back to assist customers at the counter. There was no bell to ring. I had been the only customer in the store, but now others had entered and approached the self-serve kiosks. Finally, someone came out and started helping the people that had entered the store after me. I was completely ignored at the order pickup counter for orders placed ahead of time. The worker didn't even look at me or give me any cue that I would be helped at all. I had to say, "Hello?! Could I get some help please? I'm just here to pick up an order that's already been paid for." The worker rudely replied to me, and reluctantly and slowly ask for the name on my to-go order. It took several minutes for him to find and then assemble the order. Horrible service aside, the cookies were presentable but not tasty. For the price you pay, the cookies should have top-notch ingredients, and these cookies tasted like they had cost-cutting ingredients. This was the first and last time I will ever go to a Crumbl Cookies. If I'm ever at someone's house or an event and these cookies are placed in front of me for free, despite the fact that I LOVE cookies, I won't even be tempted to eat one--that's how unimpressive they are. There are prepackaged cookies at the store that...
