This place is a little treasure trove in the middle of Woodbury. I got here because I wanted to grab a quick lunch but this place was swarming with people and that's the reason they probably encourage you to download their app so that you can skip the line by ordering ahead. After a good wait of at least 3 minutes and looking at the menu card that I picked at the entrance, my turn came up. The person who served me was very nice and courteous. I got a regular sized bowl of Alfredo pasta along with a Piada Parmesan stick. The veggies were well cooked and and were not raw ones thrown into the dish. They don't limit to what you just ordered and are more than willing to add any extras with no additional cost. The food tasted superb and the place was ambient and well maintained that I decided to sit there and finish my lunch. The quantity was more than adequate that I'm carrying some back to home. I will look for more of their branches around MN!

If you’re looking for a fast, fresh, and flavorful dining experience, look no further than Piada! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff. The food? My photo really doesn’t do it justice - It is absolutely top-notch. Whether you’re in the mood for one of their piadas, a pasta bowl, or a salad, everything is customizable and made with quality ingredients and packed with flavor. Shoutout to Chrissy, the manager, for running such a smooth operation—you can tell she really cares about her customers and her team. A special thank you to Kareem, who made my meal today. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but the care he put into preparing my order was evident in every bite. The next time you’re craving a quick, customizable, handheld meal, skip Qdoba, skip Chipotle, skip Subway… give Piada a try! You won’t regret it.

A friend recommended that we lunch at Piada today and boy, oh, boy--is it scrumdiddlyumptious! I ordered the Avocado Piada with grilled chicken added. The flavors were both savory and refreshing. My friend ordered one of her favorite go-to items--the Farmers' Market Salad with garbanzo beans and pickled onions added. She pointed out a few of her other favorites and highly recommended the calamari. While we relished our meals, Chef Kimberly swung by our table to make sure that everything was copacetic--it was. She let me know that Kyle was the guy who made my stellar sammy. It was so stellar, in fact, that I ordered two more to-go for hubby and our daughter to try. I also got a buttery salted-caramel cookie, which had a great balance of salty and sweet, crispy and chewy. Aaarrrrgghhh <Homeresque drool>

Terrible service as mentioned by others but even more appalling when managers, specifically Maggie and Braceley, are rude, defensive, and argumentative.

Placed online order to be picked up in 20 mins. Arrived at the restaurant 5 mins later and Maggie quoted a "couple mins" for the wait. There was only one customer ahead of me at this time. Nearly 15 mins later, my order was still being prepared while multiple customers came in, placed their orders, and left.

Afterward I called to voice my displeasure to the manager who coincidentally was Maggie. When pressed about the wait time, she was defensive, contradicted herself and argued that salmon takes longer to cook and that my order was set to be done at a prespecified time so in other words I had no right to be angry. Why in the world would you hold an order for a customer that has already checked in with you? Why would you mislead the customer and misquote an incorrect time? And why would you take new orders and fulfill them in advance of an earlier order?

She left such a bad taste in my mouth, I had no choice but to request a refund which she agreed to but not before saying "I don't want you coming back!" To add insult to injury, I got charged twice for the transaction and will now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Bracely is apparently her manager and was just as rude and upsetting to deal with. I was given her contact so I called and sadly she was also rude, defended her employee's horrible behavior, was condescending and asked if I even dined out before and whether I understood how online orders work. She even had the gall to hang up on me when I requested the spelling of her name so I could provide feedback to corporate.

It's evident that this establishment does not prioritize customer service which is very unfortunate because I used to enjoy dining here but...

I am completely disappointed with the terrible service that I received this evening at Piada in Woodbury, and will never give this location my business again. My husband and I went to pick up dinner this evening (3/20/19) around roughly 6pm, and the wait was extremely long. As we waited I witnessed 2 employees whispering to each other on the line, one of whom ended up providing unacceptable service to my husband. A younger male employee with dark hair, and facial hair clearly did not want to be at work, and had an extremely negative disposition about him. I overheard heard him whisper to his female co-worker, “fire me now”, as he rolled his eyes. Once it was our turn to order he continued on with his extremely poor attitude. At one point my husband communicated to him that he would like to have spinach added to his pasta, and the young male replied “tell her”, in an extremely rude tone of voice.

The 2 female employees at the end of the line weren’t much better, as they appeared extremely overwhelmed and rushed. Which is probably why both of our orders were not prepared correctly. Both of our orders had spinach just thrown on top of both of our pasta (not cooked in). Additionally, we were rushed through the line and didn’t receive the opportunity to add additional ingredients. I do plan to bring this complaint to corporate, because this is unacceptable. The entire staff needs to be re-trained on what it means to provide quality customer service. I absolutely love the Piada locations in Eagan and at the Mall of America. The Woodbury location on the other hand will never receive my...

  • tldr: DO NOT MOBILE ORDER, great food* I would like to start by saying the food here is incredible. I enjoy it every time and love it so much I order almost every Thursday. Sometimes, the wait can be long, but really for such delicious food I do not care because it is worth the wait. Today was VERY different. I placed a mobile order with an estimated "ready" time of 6:21 pm. I waited patiently for about 40 minutes before asking if my order was lost. I was then told they were behind in mobile orders but were getting to them as fast as possible. This was fine with me, because again, love their food. I then waited another 40 minutes before finally going through the line to order regularly. By 7:30 pm, I finally made a regular order and went through the line. When I got to the registers, I explained that I had already paid through Door dash and showed my receipt. The cashier looked at it and said "no problem" and bagged my food. Then, another lady (I guess the manager) swooped in and questioned my payment. Even though I showed her clearly my receipt with the date, location, and order, she still held back my order and told me to WAIT LONGER while she "checked the system". Apparently, she couldn't find the order in the system but decided "to give me the food anyway because I had waited". AS IF I was trying to STEAL this food that I had actually paid for, showed my receipt, and waited well over an hour for (at a fast food restaurant..). No apology. She acted like she was doing me a favor for "letting me" have this...
