I have retained very little from my Spanish classes, so I was grateful that the friendly woman at the counter was bilingual. She was very helpful and let me know that fresh masa is available for sale on Fridays and ready-made tamales on the weekend. The shop is small, but all the basics are here, including a selection of bulk chilies. I would gladly...

It's the best local Hispanic groceries store. The staff and the store are the best I've every seen. If you need to send money internationally, or you want home made tamales on Friday and Sunday morning, this is your place. The owners are an amazing couple, and very helpful finding things you need. I would love to give this place ZERO stars. First of the bolillo was $1.10 each! FOR ONE BOLILLO! Usually they’re 2 for a $1. But it was the closet market so I went ahead and bought them. I get home and it has mold on it! So no I will never buy from here again nor do I recommended this place AT...
